I had an excellent experience with this company! Jay came to inspect my air conditioning unit and was nothing short of amazing. He was extremely professional and incredibly knowledgeable. He identified work that had not been done correctly by previous businesses, but he handled it with integrity—never throwing anyone under the bus—and provided clear, solid recommendations on how to fix everything. On top of that, he made sure I had a maintenance plan in place to protect me in the future, which I truly appreciate.

Alexandria in the office was equally wonderful. She was pleasant, kind, and reassuring, offering assistance and making sure I knew they are here to help whenever needed. The level of professionalism, care, and expertise from both Jay and Alexandria exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this team!

Justin and Jay came out to look at my furnace. I was very impressed by their professionalism and knowledge. They were respectful, answered all my questions, and took their time assessing the situation. I highly recommend this company.

We had a few toilets running. We were quoted $1400 for all the insides of our three toilets to be replaced. I said no thanks and we were charged $129 service fee. Had another plumber come a few days later. Service charge was $49 and all of our toilets were fixed for a total (including service fee) for $492. Do not recommend.

Came to my and checked out everything thoroughly and charged nothing. Recommended I change thermostats and showed me which one he recommends. Very nice and good communication.

Awesome company Problem wasn’t solved initially but that’s where a companies integrity shows. They came out and honored their guarantee and will take care of the problem. Mike is one of their best people. Honest and reliable

My frustration level is high with this company right now. When they come out, they provide excellent customer service and care. They were scheduled to come to my house on Friday and called me late Thursday afternoon to tell me they had to reschedule because there was a “emergency“ the next day and they did not have a tech available to come to my house as well as to handle the emergency. They rescheduled me to the following Monday (initially, this day was not available, but somehow magically became available when I was protesting that I was going to have to wait an additional week for service.) and then no showed. When I called to inquire where they were the person I spoke with insisted that they had tried to contact me but I had no missed calls or text messages from them or any voicemails from them. She said they had to cancel again because there was another emergency. I pointed out that last year when I had an emergency, they didn’t cancel anyone services to take care of mine, they simply made me wait so I wasn’t sure why this could continue to happen to me. I rescheduled one more time(2 weeks from now), giving them the benefit of doubt, but if this happens again, I will be on the search again for another more reliable HVAC company.

Update:
The response from the owner is not true. Replacing the unit was not recommended the first visit. They recommended I get 2 specific parts. They obviously did not tell me it would happen again or else I wouldn’t have done that. They aren’t truthful.

I do not trust this company. Justin came out and told me I needed 2 parts replaced on my ac unit for a couple thousand dollars so I went forward with it. Less than 2 months later it stopped working and they came out again to now recommend I get a new unit. They gave me an outrageous price and then said they would give a large discount of what I initially paid for the previous parts. The “large” discount then brought it down to a price that is still higher than other companies I’ve talked to. I’ve had second opinions that are thousands less. They just want your money. I would not recommend. I will not be using them again.

Quick response and what an awesome plumbing experience we had. Our technician was very familiar with our leak situation and checked everything out thoroughly. We would highly recommend to anyone who needs a plumber. Ask for Mike if he is available!

Rapid response was great to work with. My heat was not working and Jack C was at my house within 2 hours of my request…..during a snow storm. Jack was able to quickly fix my heater and explain the issue. I highly recommend Rapid Response and Jack was great to work with!

Excellent service from the guys at Rapid Response! I had an issue come up unexpectedly that needed immediate attention during an ongoing project. They were able to get someone out immediately which saved the day, preventing any delays from occurring.
Jeremy, David, and Mike were great, the whole team was awesome and I would recommend them to anyone!

Truly so thankful for Rapid Response for their extraordinary service and skills as we renovate an old house! I called Rapid Responce Heating and Cooling for an issue with my home heating system. Not only were they super fast with scheduling an appointment, their technician Chad Cox did an amazing job with troubleshooting my unit to figure out my issue. He was very professional, courteous and super friendly. I will without a doubt call them again if I have services needed.

What a positive experience! We returned from a trip to find the heat out and the house freezing cold, with snow in the upcoming forecast. The company was able to dispatch a technician very quickly and he was able to remedy the issue in short order.

Vance was polite, professional, and proficient. Not only did he diagnose and solve the problem quickly, he also helped me understand our home system better and taught me what to look for in the future.

As a result of his superior service, and the peace of mind he has afforded us knowing we have support like him in times of need, we have purchased the annual maintenance package which is very reasonable. This group was one of three that I called. First, they actually answered the phone and didn’t use an AI agent to screen their calls which was exactly what the other two did. I am not going to navigate your AI to get a simple answer to a simple question. Secondly, they were prompt in reviewing my need (dryer duct cleaning) and gave me a fair price for the work. Lastly, they did the job as they said they would and the tech was very nice and helpful to boot. I learned that they do plumbing as well and will be calling them for those needs in the future. Great communications throughout. Highly recommend this organization. Bravo!
