Customer service and correspondence on issues is pretty bad. You pay someone to clean, and they either don't show up or do a mediocre job.

You can’t cancel with out a big penalty.
The franchise owners barely speak English.
I have had issue with asking them to do the basics and to say the least they show up whenever they want !

Be aware before signing the contract.
1)Automatic renewal. Penalty if you try to cancel.
2)You CANNOT cancel the service even if the franchise owner stole things from you.
And yes they steal things. I have cameras installed now because of them.
3)Once they get in their comfort zone, the quality goes down dramatically.
