It's almost 2 years since contracting All American. Michael and the crew are efficient, clean and very very knowledgeable. The change of weather brings out dormant pests. Though I haven't had tremendous issues, I've had issues that required all Pest to come and correct. They did it quickly and always explained the process. Very very happy. Highly recommend!

All-American is the best! Customer satisfaction is definitely their aim. Our technician, Tyree, has been with us the whole time, about 3 years. He is always professional, courteous, listens to our concerns, and does a great job!!

Shawnee Ray was our technician today and was fantastic. He immediately informed me of his arrival, completed a thorough inspection of the outside termite traps and the crawl space. He replaced a station, put new bait in others and gave a full verbal report of results. Shawnee was thorough, respectful, knowledgeable and we were very satisfied with the service.

Had my first major pest control issue - fire ants in the house. Dustin with All-American pest control came out 2 days in a row and found the source in the attic. Treatment is now being directed to the colony - well done.

We had termites both inside and outside. They came in and set traps and we are now termite free. It does take awhile but you do see the traps working. Garrett Chappell was great in explaining everything as we went through this process. I would recommend American Pest to everyone who has a pest problem.
