Over 2000 five star reviews! I think this company deserves it. I have used them several times over the years due to vandalism directed by the city of Covington judge. His most recent vandalism involved breaking and entering, by a neighbor and busting my toilet tank. He also had my garbage disposal busted several months ago and I had that fixed. Previously, he had a water heater busted. I will be sending a judicial complaint. As for Drain Go, they are about the only company that I have been able to rely on for good service. They sent two professionals and they did a wonderful job. Thank you!

Edit: They also repaired a busted pipe in my front yard in the past. The city of Covington sent a neighbor to drive a stake through my water pipe in the yard. Prior to the last repair of the busted toilet tank, I called to confirm the identity of the judge and told them I would be filing a complaint for theft of water royalties. This is when they sent the neighbor over to bust my toilet tank. You will be hearing about this again.

Drain Go is a good company that strive to have a technician out to service you as soon as possible- easy to work with. The technicians are knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I would recommend this company to others as my experience with them has always been positive.

we used Draingo contacted through American home warranty they were persistent and knew what the problem was. thankfully he knew what was wrong. ordered the part and there was one left on the warehouse. he came out the next morning and fixed it. even replaced the wiring. Thanks Tristan
