Durango was able to repair my water heater by replacing the thermostat which saved me a lot of money and they were able to unscrew a drain in my sink so that it would drain properly I’m very happy with the service and it did not take that long either
I have been doing business with this business for years! I called today to have a plumber come out and do what they have done numerous times. Usually getting a call saying they will be there in 30 to 40 minutes. Today I get a call that they are 1 minute away. I had it planned for someone to get there with in 30 minutes but without a call beforehand the o ly one there was my 15 year old neice. Kim in the office is very rude and lacks customer service. I will be taking my business elsewhere and will not be recommending Draingo again!
Horrible experience with them. The technician was rude. He was in experienced and did not seem knowledgeable about his job. He refused to turn the water on to see what the issue was. He wanted to tell me the problem was I had the wrong parts installed. The parts had been there for about 20 years
