Reviews of local pros in Brush Creek, Tennessee

HIGHLY recommend Hoot heating&cooling!! Professional, friendly, and does excellent work. We trust Caleb and won't use anyone else for our hvac needs!!

Great service, great price, honest, and genuine. New unit in half a day, for a third of the price Donelson Air offered. Would recommend, will exclusively use for all hvac needs.

HOOT replaced our old ductwork and did an excellent job. They were here when they said they would be, tore out the old ductwork, installed the new ductwork, register boots, cleaned our unit, and cleaned up after themselves. They communicated clearly and got us a competitive quote for the work. We are very pleased with the quality of their work, and our home feels fresher and less dusty since they completed the job. I would recommend them for any job you may have.

They were there at the time range they said they will be there and was efficient in their work. Awesome job.

Highly recommend! Wonderful experience Caleb kept us well informed and got us back working in no time!!

Prompt! Courteous! Polite! Professional! Super satisfied and will definitely use Hoot Heating & Cooling again! Thank you, Caleb, for getting me up and running! Cozy warm again!

They were able to get my unit running even though there was some difficulty getting the old part out. And they came the next day to troubleshoot another problem and helped me get heat on for my home. Highly recommend!!

The tech who came out was very kind and professional. He checked everything with our heating system and explained what the problem was. Highly recommend Hoot Hearing and Cooling. I will contact them again if the need arises.

Caleb arrived promptly on schedule. He was purposeful and efficient in his work on our system. We appreciated his clear communication during the service process.

Caleb was amazing, we contacted him last minute for a custom vent install and he knocked it out of the park! A few days later my outside compressor started making a loud chirping noise (completely unrelated to the work he had previously done). He came out the very next morning and diagnosed the problem and had me a cost to repair by lunch time. And by the next morning we were back up and running. I have delt with several HVAC companies over the years but Caleb was by far a bar setter and went above and beyond to explain everything to me. I highly recommend him and his company for your HVAC needs!
