We had issues with our fridge. Instead of charging for a defrost service the tech recommended we replace it because the insulation was faulty. A+ for great ethics.

Better watch out. Had them out to fix a Samsung refrigerator that was not cooling properly. Waited 4 days for them to return and they replaced the: Samsung DA97-11772B Assy Cover Evap-Ref, which includes a fan. Total bill over $500 bucks! Found the part for $77.00 on Amazon. If had not gone bad (loud Fan) again, I probably would not be writing this, but seeing how easy this is to fix, I need to let everyone know, WE were overcharged!!!!!!
