The technicians were very good at what they do. And they took our old unit out and installed the new one in just a few hours. They were both top techs and I would recommend them to anyone. We have used them a few times over the years and every time they were able to fix the problem that day. Then today they installed a new unit. We only ordered it last Friday I think it was.

The technician thoroughly answered all my questions addressing all my concerns. He was professional, and pleasant.

My husband is an over the road truck driver and called several places this morning only to be told that no one had time for new customers.. until he called these guys. Nathan called right away and said he would be there just after 9am. He refilled our refrigerant, and checked levels of everything to ensure that nothing was going bad and to make sure that there was good airflow everywhere. Very professional, got right to work and got everything taken care of. He had a young man with him whom he was training, who seemed eager to learn, both were very polite. Definitely pleased, and thankful for their work! Will use again!

Service was great! Came out on Christmas Eve during a very unusual cold snap. Our heat pump was installed incorrectly by another company and would turn off when it got very cold. He got us up and running and fixed all the issues from the bad installation. I am very grateful, we had been dealing with this issue for over a year. 11 out of 10 would definitely recommend! Update: 2025 they came out to change a part on my heat pump. Showed up got it fixed fast! Accu air heating and cooling is the best. Rob is very professional and knowledgeable.

My furnace died during the nite. I called at 8 am and someone was here and had it fixed by 9am. This was during the snow storm. Great service and I will definitely use them again.
