Would NOT recommend this company. We had concerns about the sealant of our pavers with the weather. We had recently put in a nearly $100k porch and the pavers alone were about $10k of this. We voiced these concerns to George and he was more concerned about his ego. He flat out told us HE DECIDES when he seals (on our property when we are the customer), however, when my husband called him the morning he was supposed to seal he hadn't even checked the weather. All you have to do is look online at pavers that were sealed when it rained after or when they were too wet - they look awful. We weren't willing to risk our investment over his ego. When he finally did check the weather he agreed they wouldn't be sealing them that day. We followed up numerous times about days when weather would be better and finally received a response from George via email that he would only agree to come back out if we both wrote back that we would let him seal whenever he wanted (a convenient way to be indemnified from any damages if it was messed up). I can't imagine if this was how he reacted before the job was done how he would have handled any potential issues after the job. We ultimately decided not to move forward with the sealant. We'd paid for 1/2 the job up front - just for pressure washing, no sealant. When I asked for a partial refund since the sealant alone costs $140 and is a big part of the job he refused and said he'd only billed us for what they did - laughable. When we finally found someone else to seal (who did a great job) we ended up paying more because Outdoor Pro wash had pressure washed too hard on our 8 month old pavers and removed a bunch of the polymeric sand. Save yourself the headache and go with someone else.

Outdoor Prowash came out a few years ago and cleaned our gutters and the mold off of our siding. He did a great job and even gave me advice on how to fix the bare spots in my lawn. The prices for everything were very reasonable and we plan to continue service with them.

Great company and pricing fast accurate service. They offer a variety of services to help. I will use them in the future for pressure washing and gutter cleaning as well.

George and his team did an outstanding job. We had a large job of house washing, pressure washing and sealing our drive and patios. He also re-sanded a paver patio for us. We have never had anyone come close to doing the job as well as he did. I will certainly use him again!
