Fast and dependable service. Eagle goes above the call of duty to ensure their customers are taken care of in a timely manner. I called Sunday and they were on the job Monday morning.

I had an air-conditioning emergency and John from Eagle showed up first thing in the morning to fix it. He ended up devoting his entire day to my problem, but promised he would have it fixed before the day was over. He was true to his word. He was cheerful and reassuring throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this company.

Team did a great job replacing my furnace and AC unit. The condenser unit had a dent in it from shipping and instead of just pushing the dent out and installing it against the house to hide it they ordered a whole new unit from the Knoxville warehouse and had it installed the next day. I have more hvac work to do around the house and I'll be calling you back whenever that project gets moved up my list.

They repaired my furnace after the installer put in the wrong unit.
He installed a natural gas burner when my gas supply is propane. They also repaired inadequate venting. Now, everything works well with no new problems.

Ronnie came and replaced my capacitor within an hour. He was very personable and a great job.

These guys, especially John, have done a great job for us. Literally called this morning with our downstairs AC unit not cooling. He came within a few hours and my house cooled down before my family got home. Fast, great at their craft and affordable. We will continue to be loyal clients!

As always, excellent, prompt and professional service from John Lay and Eagle Heating, Air & Plumbing. The AC went out late yesterday evening and Eagle was contacted around 9:00 a.m. By 12:00 noon the cool air was flowing again.

Wish there were more than 5 stars to choose for the Eagle HVAC team. To say they exceeded my expectations is an understatement. My "regular " HVAC company took a day to come and evaluate my problem and offered to return with the part in 4 days. My house was 51 degrees.
I happened to see an Eagle van pass my house so I googled them and the first review was from a good friend. I called my friend who confirmed their review. Then, I asked my contractor team, and they said Eagle is the best. I called Eagle and they arrived in 1 hour, evaluated, quoted( less than my other quote), and returned the same day to fix the issue.
Eagle HVAC is truly customer focused and I am recommending them to all my neighbors.

John and Brandon Lay have gone out of their way to help me and my family with a number of issues over the years. The only thing that exceeds their knowledge and problem solving skills is their work ethic and friendly attitude.

The Eagle Heat and Air technician (Matt) did a GREAT job "unclogging" our system and restoring it's function quickly and efficiently. The lady dispatcher whom I talked with to request service was very nice and sent us help immediately. Eagle Heat and Air will be maintaining our system from now on. Keep up the good work.

Whenever I have an HVAC issue Eagle is the first place I call. Friendly, courteous, prompt service, and I never have a whiff of a concern about being overcharged or taken advantage of. Simply one of the best companies to deal with. If you're reading these reviews looking for an honest place then look no furthur because I recommend them 100%.
Update 2024: My 5 ton Goodman condenser compressor shorted to ground. Well it was time to call John. My compressor was under warranty and John worked to get me fixed up. Unfortunately, Ronnie found that my coil was also leaking. Besides the compressor and coil there's not much else left to replace. John gave me the choice to replace the whole condenser to save me money rather than replacing all the parts individually which would have profited Eagle more in labor. Ronnie was also awesome and was happy to share his knowledge of wiring diagrams and how the systems work. The pain of an unexpected expense was well offset by their pleasant company and confidence in having a well done job by a business that charges a fair and reasonable price. Thanks so much guys!

I texted them early on a Monday morning about an issue with my HVAC unit not cooling. The tech was there to repair my unit right after lunch. He diagnosed and corrected the problem very quickly. Very reasonably priced, too!😀

They were prompt in replying to our overnight plea that our heat was out. They came the next day, found the problem quickly, took the part to fix and replaced it the next day. They respond quickly to calls or texts. Highly recommend. Friendly people.

Matt is amazing! Really knows his stuff and is extremely friendly and curious. I didn't catch the other young man's name that was with him but he was nice as well. With both of them ensuring to make am extra effort on a mildly wet day to wipe their boots off before coming inside to do the work. Highly recommend this small family owned and operated company

Very honest, other companies wanted to replace both units, they pointed out that one of the units only needed cleaning. Job was scheduled and completed in a timely manner, when they had said it would be done. Workers were polite, and left the area where they worked cleaner than it was when they arrived. Very happy with the service, and already recommended them to others in the neighborhood.
