The AirGuys have consistently provided me with prompt, courteous, and professional service over the years. One of their technicians, Wes, is very thorough and ensures that my HVAC system is performing at the optimal level. I've come to the conclusion that it is wise to have the scheduled cleaning/tune-ups to avoid future issues. Wes does a great job of explaining how my unit runs and provides a description/photos of the services performed. As a result, I always feel more informed after each visit. Scheduling has always been easy, and this company treats me as a valued customer.

Phoned The Air Guys in the late afternoon on a Thursday cos of a very odd noise coming through my return vent. The office promised a visit from a tech as soon as possible for the next day.
Sure enough, Wes arrived at my house about 12.30 the next day and immediately set about diagnosing the crazy sound. He diagnosed it as coming from my ductwork and headed into the crawl space under the house. Within 15 mins he found the issue and fixed it. He took pics and video and explained the problem and his fix. I was amazed at his knowledge and quickness and his friendly professionalism. All in all a surprisingly pleasant experience and conclusion to a worrisome situation! Highly recommend The Air Guys!

I use the Air Guys LLC because they are a local company that is interested in keeping their customers happy by fixing the older HVAC instead of trying to sell you a new one. Whether I've used them for a plumbing issue or HVAC tune-ups and repairs the techs always listen to what I have done to troubleshoot the problem. As stated, their techs try to fix the problem first without trying to sell something new to you.

I recently had a winter check of my heat pump and AC units. I will be participating in the semi-annual maintenance program. The technician, Matt was very helpful at answering questions and explaining some things to me about my system. I did not realize the different services The Air Guys provide and will call on them for future needs.

I had The Air Guys do all the electrical, plumbing, and HVAC for our office. They made the entire process easy and stress free. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Great people and quality work.

Wes came out to service my heater for the annual maintenance. He was on time and very professional and friendly. He took many pictures and loaded them into my file so future technicians would already have my unit info. He even gave me some tips on how to help keep the cold air out of the house. Tech is very knowledgeable and educated me on condition of the splitter unit and what it will need as time goes on. Very friendly and got to work right away without huge interruptions. Important since I am a remote worker.

Wes came out to check our split unit today. The Air Guys came the same day we called for help. It was an easy fix, he explained the unit and how it works to us and made sure we knew how to adjust settings on our own before he left. Just to double check he inspected the outside unit and made sure the inside unit worked well. He has come out before and we were so impressed by his professionalism and knowledge base. We were happy to see our favorite “Air Guy” again! I recommend friendly Wes for all your air unit needs. Five stars !
