Had my A/C and hot water heater go out. Called ICS and Jason was there that day and had all of it replaced within 2 days of the call. I would definitely recommend using Jason. He is honest efficient and just an all around pleasant person and does his best to make sure you are happy with his work.

I had an incredible experience with the team that installed my new AC unit and ductwork. The AC always goes out on the hottest days. I called Integrity Comfort Solutions and Jason was here within an hour. Twenty minutes later the AC was working. How can you beat that level of service? You can't. This is the guy I'm calling if I need any AC work done in the future.

Jason and his son came out to my house this winter when our heat pump went out. He was able to get my house heating again in a one day turn around. Very professional and did a great job. Explained things that I could do myself to help the life of the unit last longer

I have a friend that need heating and air system checked. The guy came out and bought her a generator for the storm that this weekend. He did a great job.

Had an AC issue on Monday, called and had someone out here yesterday to look at it. System was frozen, so the guy who came out to assess the issue explained everything to us being new homeowners, and said he would be back first thing this morning. He was here at 8:30am to fix the issue. He has spent time going over everything in our system to make sure that it was done correctly and we should not have anymore issues. Very professional, very nice, and understanding. Would definitely call them again if something went wrong!

Glad we called Integrity Comfort Solutions. We purchased a new home and did some remodeling. The vents were very dirty and needed to be cleaned. Jason and his son did a great job cleaning out our vents and sanitizing our system so we aren't breathing in drywall crud or the old owner's dust! Makes us feel so much better knowing the "lungs" of our home are clean and fresh!
