I have tried for years to cool the upstairs, from buying new units recommended by other services but nothing worked and it still was too hot for any one to go up there. Integrity Solutions came and checked everything out and told me what I needed. This is the coolest my upstairs have been in over 20 years. Thank you Jason and your crew!! Also for checking up to make sure it was still keeping the temperature and asking if there were any problems. That means a lot!!

Jason came out on a Saturday to check out my AC unit that suddenly quit working the night before.
Fortunately it came back on before he got out to my home, but he still looked over everything and walked me through what he was checking and showed me why he was doing what he was doing. Really good communication.
He diagnosed the problem back to a capacitor that was nearing the end of its days and replaced it promptly. He showed me microfarad rating and tolerances for the capacitor and showed me what it was actually outputting.
This place has my trust.

I wish I could give 6 stars to Integrity Comfort Solutions. Their name says it all. I called right after I had a brand new heating and air conditioning system installed by another company in our Airbnb. There were problems with the system as well as with the installation. To get the new system running correctly, the other company said they had to install additional ductwork. I thought the price they wanted to charge me was ridiculously high, so I set out to find someone who could give me an honest second opinion. Jason just happened to be the first person I called. He patiently listened to me describe the issue over the phone and came out the next day to take a look. He walked me through everything that had to be done and assured me the price the other company quoted me was fair for the amount of time it would take to do the work. Jason was very knowledgeable and thorough in his explanation. He really went above and beyond and he didn't even charge me for the visit. Next time we have an HVAC need -- whether it's for maintenance or a brand new system, we will definitely be calling Integrity Comfort Solutions.

Just had Jason, from Integrity Comfort Solutions come out to fix a problem with our new air conditioning unit inside the addict. Was doing work for the home builder of our neighborhood. Jason found the problem right away! He fixed the problem within 10 minutes! Super helpful with suggestions, and was easy to work with and knew what he was doing. It was refreshing to come across a knowledgeable professional. Thanks, Jason! I hope that Home builder keeps you On as you are one of the few contractors who take pride in their work!

We were having issues with our split unit not cooling and decided to give Integrity a call. Jason was quick to respond and was able to troubleshoot the issue. Unfortunately a replacement condenser was unavailable so we opted to replace the existing system. Jason and his son showed up right on time on the agreed installation date. They were able to do the change out very quickly. My wife and I are very pleased with Integrity. They provided great customer service and a fair price. I know the HVAC industry has been hit with higher costs on parts/supplies so I was surprised that Jason was able to acquire and install the new system for the price quoted. Even though Jason is a Georgia Bulldogs fan, I would absolutely recommend Integrity for your HVAC needs!

Amazing job! Jason came out and looked at the unit same day, and whole unit, inside and out, had to be replaced (it was over 30 yrs old, so definitely time to get a new one). He explained the process step by step and answered any questions I had. We scheduled a day, they came through and got it done quickly. No mess left behind. Overall great experience and great customer service. I would recommend to anyone who needs help with their HVAC system.

Wow!! What a difference a duct cleaning makes!! Our tech, Braydon, arrived on time, took special care when removing every vent in our house, was very detailed when cleaning and did it all with a smile!! Impeccable service and left a lasting impression. Will definitely be calling him again!

We are so glad to have found Integrity Comfort Solutions to replace our home HVAC. Jason is fantastic to work with, is knowledgeable, professional, honest and really cares about his work. Besides needing new equipment we had a real problem with our outside unit sitting on unlevel ground that was eroding and unstable. Jason and Andrew constructed a beautiful solid concrete pad for our new condenser unit. No more worrying if the unit was going to tip over or slide down the hill. If your outside unit location is questionable, don't cut corners. Have Jason build you a new concrete pad. We are very happy with our new system and highly recommend that you call ICS.

I had Jason install a split system change out for me. He does great quality work he’s honest, just a genuine person I 100% recommend Mr. Nyberg and will most definitely use him in the future for any of my hvac needs

These guys were absolutely awesome!!
Jason worked hard to find us the best deal on a unit and went above and beyond on procuring the unit and the installation. Professionally done from start to finish and a rare thing these days, they actually cleaned up everything and left it looking better than it did before they got there.
I would 100% recommend Jason and his team. He will be the only one I call for any future needs.

highly recommend Jason and this company! Our AC vents were sweating so much it was causing issues with our AC. We had another company come out 6 times and couldn’t figure it out. Jason came out and in 30 minutes figured out the problem, scheduled the fix, and fixed the issue!! Highly recommend this great company!

Jason and his team did an excellent job replacing our heat pump system!

When your 80 year old dad calls and says his AC isn't working on a Saturday evening, you call Jason!! He was at my dad's within the hour and helped him get his unit fixed right away. He called me to keep me updated on everything when he was done. Its great people like this that make me sleep better at night knowing my dads not suffering in a hot house. If there were 10 stars I would have chose the 10th one. He went above and beyond and for that I won't call anyone else. My family will be customers for life!!!

Update: called Jason on Monday, he went and saw my dad within hours and by Friday afternoon him and his crew had installed a new system! Can't say enough about the friendliest, very timely and supper knowledgeable way he works!!! Thankful and greatful!!!

Jason with Integrity Comfort Solutions kept our old dying HVAC system going well past its due date. And when our HVAC finally gave up the ghost and called it quits, He was able to upgrade us to a whole new Rheem HVAC system with a Gas Heat! No more Cold winters running the electric heat pump non stop. This past winter our house was nice and toasty! The new system has also kept our house nice and cold.
Jason and his crew know what they're doing and I highly recommend them for any HVAC Installation or maintenance.
