I bought a new trane unit from Mechanical Systems Charleston Tn. Two years ago.Install went okay,first year service the same.However it seems after one year their only goal was to sell new systems.

Our hvac went out on the night of July 3rd, we suffered through the 4th and I called them th morning of the 5th Bobby came out at 12:30 and worked so hard to get the parts we needed and returned before 3 and had us up and going before 4. He was so knowledgeable and so very polite. I can Thank him or refer him and them enough. I will definitely call them with any future needs!

Was a no show the first scheduled appointed. Dispatch told me "the service tech decided to go to a different house instead". Second day was a no show as well. "The service tech thinks it might rain. He's not going to make it". Don't waste your time with these clowns.
