From start to finish… Amazing work! John is very knowledgeable and honest! We are thrilled with our new chimney shroud! They even told us we ended up not needing a part inside our chimney and took it off the invoice! Highly recommend!

Andrew was friendly and very knowledgeable. He did a great job of identifying and explaining issues with the chimney as well as potential solutions. I liked how he was able to explain how the issues identified could be fixed while looking through the camera. He also identified an issue with the dryer exhaust hookup, which was very helpful. There wasn't a mess to clean up, but he had drop cloths in place just in case, and everything was clean when he left. I'm very happy with my experience.

Chimney Solutions of Chattanooga have proven themselves to be timely, courteous and thorough. Andrew was promp and extremely knowledgeable about my chimneys and their conditions. He protected my household from any damage and was thorough in his assessments. I was shown videos of my chimneys conditions and my options were explained. I have no problem recommending their services!
