Very slow with paying for the work that has been completed, and fabricates about making payments before not paying at all.

We had a signed contract, and was told on numerous occasions that they had a check in the mail for over night delivery which was never sent at all.

Does not pay subcontractor for materials or labor. I advise any sub contractors not to purchase any materials or perform any labor for this company unless they pay a deposit they also lie about making payments before eventually not paying at all.

we had them come out to remove a huge oak tree that had broken and partially fallen. they gave us an estimate and said they could remove the ttree THAT VERY DAY! they did a beautiful job, all done in one day!

I have known Kevin Osteen for 25-30 years. I worked with him daily for several years back when we were both working for FedEx. We keep in touch and I have seen him in action on work sites in the St Elmo neighborhood of Chattanooga.

Osteen Construction was recommended to me by the manager of Stonedge Village, who told me he never recommends anyone he hasn't used himself! Kevin came to talk to me about the attic re-insulation project we needed done, then he wrote me a detailed email concerning the proposed work. He organized the date, came and did the work when we were not home, with his assurance that he would remain on site with his team for the duration of the work and would leave the house as clean as he found it. He told me we would not know they had been there! He was true to his promise! In addition, he sent me a text message at the end of the day telling me all had been successfully accomplished, then he sent an email detailing the work as well as videos documenting it! Needless to say we were impressed and thankful. In addition to this all, he advised us of another problem that our plumbers had completely overlooked, which he has promised to organize and complete. We trust Osteen Construction to do the job thoroughly and with integrity, while at the same time being affordable and sensitive to our personal situation. I highly recommend this company and Kevin Osteen to handle our remodeling needs.
