Quality work at a fair price call Neil and his son at 911 Heating and Cooling. Neil went the extra mile to ensure we had cooling. They followed up and came by multiple time to help with cooling the house and even offered his own models due to the 97 degree heat. He was a blessing. I highly recommend his company to all of my family and friends.

After another company quoted me almost $10k to come replace my unit, I called Air 911 to come out for a second opinion. Not only did they arrive hours earlier than expected, they were able to identify the issue in less than 5 minutes saving me $10k. The customer service was also top notch. I highly recommend these guys for your HVAC needs!

Today was the first time having Air 911 Heating and Cooling come to my house to provide me an estimate on a new HVAC system and perhaps a possible repair to my 30 year old inop A/C system. Owner Neal Spuring, and his son arrived right on time and were very pleasant to meet. I told both of them my A/C sob story which they listened to without interuption. They both then proceeded to look at my system for replacement costs. Neal
talked with me about the various manufacture's of HVAC systems and explained the differences in them. I then asked if he could diagnose my current system which he did for a nominal fee. He indicated my time delay relay was defective which he would need to order to install on Thursday. I agreed and they said good-by until Thursday. About 10 minutes later, Neal called me back to ask if they could both come back and try once more to get my inop A/C going, I said sure thing and they came back to diagnose more items. They pin-pointed a bad transformer which he replaced and then they by-passed my defective time delay relay until the new part came in. This was great as now I had a working A/C system until the new part came in. To me, this was way beyond extra service for any tech to do. I asked if I could pay them up front in which they charged me a very nominal fee for what they done. TO EVERYONE, I completely highly recommend Air 911 and Neal and son for any of your HVAC needs. They were awesome and in my opinion, very reasonable on new HVAC system replacement cost and repair costs. Thank you Neal for such a great job.
