A/C wasn't working. Metro sent Sebastian to assess my problem. He was courteous and informative. Very knowledgeable individual. He explained everything in detail and pointed out the areas he was talking about. He confirmed with the supply house parts availability, and price and he even scheduled a follow-up for me over the weekend.
He laid out several options and their prices and explained the implications of going with each option. Great service technician, great Training, great company.
I signed up for their annual protection plan, so obviously I will use them again.
I will Recommend them to others. -

Great personality. He stayed with the task at hand and offered multiple options. On Thursday, 1/15/26, Christian and his helper, Garrett came back to remove and install ductwork. Seems like they had just started and the next thing, they were finished. The ductwork looks nice and efficient. They cleaned up the old ductwork, got some signatures were paid and left. I highly recommend Metro.

Jonathan, along with all the others I met from Metro, went above and beyond my expectations. He was the perfect example of a young Christian man. We visited as we could and he impressed me so much from his neat appearance to his dedication for his work. I felt as tho I met a true friend in Jonathan and hope we will cross paths again someday. Metro did a fine job in hiring all the people I've met this far. They are a credit to your company. I couldn't be more pleased with my new unit and know they will back their work 100% thanks to all and God Bless each of you.
