The guys were fantastic. They did an excellent job of pruning my black walnut tree, doing exactly what I wanted. The work was completed in a timely manner and they did a great job cleaning up. Also, their price was very reasonable. I highly recommend them for any tree service needed.

I recently had a huge tree up root due to bad storms and high winds. It fell on my house about 10:45 p.m. afraid it would crush my home due to the massive weight I started looking for emergency tree companies. I remembered reading a post recently about Elias and his outfit and how good they were so I decided to call them. I was sleeping in my car scared to go in my house which is a modular home. Around 12:30a.m. I heard a vehicle pull up and when I got out it was Elias and one of his workers. I couldn't believe the showed up so late. They checked out the situation and told me what they would have to do and what it would cost and they would need to use a crane to ensure the safety of my home. I ok'd the work and they came back the next morning and begun work. They would have did it that night but I had to pull some funds together first.Their work was like watching water run it was smooth and fluid, very professional and cleaned up and hauled all the wood away when they were finished. Considering how bad the tree was and had penetrated the roof in 3 places and the back wall in 1 place they kept any more damage from occurring.
Elias and his outfit are one of tje best tree services I've seen to date, and will use them for any other work Iay need done. 5 star

Sunday July 21 Had a very strong storm with high winds and strong lightning move through Possum Creek area. Several homes had storm damage along with a lot of tree damage. We had a 80'+ tall oak tree hit by lightning putting large limbs on the ground and on a neighbors house. Also had a large hackberry trunk split from wind and top's of two cedar trees blown out. Elias and his crew were hired up the street for clean up on Monday and I asked him for an estimate on my damage. We agreed and his crew got the debris on the ground and neighbors cleaned up that day and returned a couple of weeks later on the agreed time to remove the oak and hackberry and to grind stump.
All the work was done in two days and I could not be more satisfied. He and his crew were on time and took down both trees neatly and safely. He did several other job's for neighbors and all were satisfied. I would recommend him for any tree work you may need. They show up on time, do the work and clean up the mess.

This team was responsive, punctual, honest, and left a clean jobsite. I will use them again if needed and definitely recommend their services. They have all 5 star reviews for a reason.

Amazing service. Elias provided an estimate on a Tuesday. The job was finished before 3:30 p.m. Wednesday. It was not an easy job. Noah and his crew worked on a 100ft. tall oak tree with lots of dead limbs that themselves were as big as most trees. It was amazing to watch. They worked very hard all day and cleaned up everything before they left. What surprised us is that they really seemed to enjoy it and were very personable. Elias Chavez tree service is in my phone contacts now as I have lots of trees!

I called Chavez Tree Service early in the morning
after the recent strong winds. Elias came and gave me an estimate 45 minutes later. The price was fair and he gave me a Veterans discount for my 29 years of service. They removed the tree, stump and cleaned up very well. I would highly recommend this business for any tree service.

They went out of their way to fit me in at last minute to deal with several downed trees so I could make my yard presentable for aerial photography to list my log cabin to sell. They are very reasonably priced and so very conscientious. You won’t go wrong in trusting and relying on their services.

This message is directed to Elias Chavez's competition. If you want a five start rating, here's what you do: When a prospective customer asks for an estimate, be there promptly. Quote a fair price. If you get the job, keep the customer informed throughout the project. Be there when you say you will be there. Do precisely what you said you would. Maybe give them a little more than they expected. Make sure your employees are well trained and courteous. Treat the customer's property like it was your own. This is the experience I had with Elias. If you want to compete with Elias, you need to do the best job you can. Leave the customer happy so he will give you a five-star review. Then watch your business grow and your ratings go up.

I had a large limb fall from a big tree after a storm. I called Juan Chavez, and he was out to clean up the limb within just a few hours. He came back a few days later and took out the entire tree for me so it couldn't drop any more branches. He was easy to work with, and his team did a good job.

Elias Chavez and his team were great. I had a dead tree to remove as well as large limbs hanging over our house. They were the quickest to respond, the price was very reasonable, and completed the job before others were able to come out to quote. Work was completed quickly, and they did a great job on clean up. I would definitely use them again.

We had a great experience using Elias Chavez Tree Service. They were quick to come out and quote after a storm and started work only 2 days later. They finished a large job in two days. Crew was very friendly and did a good job. Pricing was really good compared to another quote we received.

There was a little confusion on the details of the quote - but that was probably my error and not theirs. They worked with me to get the correct wording for an insurance claim and were very responsive.

The only negatives was that they weren't able to handle the root balls from our fallen trees without a much larger expense, and I am guessing additional equipment, but they may have been the case with any company. The equipment (Bobcat) used also did some damage to our grass, but we probably should have expected that.

This arborist and his team were incredibly prompt, fairly priced, and provided niche expertise and quality service! They safely cut up and removed an incredibly large tree that had fallen behind our home and down a steep hill across ours and our neighbor’s yard.

We received a quote the same day I called. Once we decided to use this company, they were able to come out two or three days later to get it completely remove on the Saturday before Christmas. The Saturday service was super convenient for us because it didn’t interrupt our work from home routine during the weekdays.

We will definitely reach back out in the spring and summer to have more trees evaluated and cut back to mitigate future risks to our property. We highly recommend using their services!!!

Wow, color me impressed! I called to ask for an estimate and Elias contacted me within an hour and came out to my house the same day. He also quoted me a great price to have two trees removed and my tree-line pruned along one side of my property. His crew arrived promptly this morning, and Elias came to make sure they knew the full scope of the work. They got right to work and didn't mess around. They know the business and had the tree-line completed and trees removed in a couple of hours. Everything was cleaned up, the brush and trees shredded and hauled away. They also cleaned up the lawn area to remove debris from the job. The crew was very pleasant and easy to deal with and the results truly exceeded my expectations.
