To give them 1 star is generous. A realtor representing a couple to buy our house hired them for a septic inspection and now even she’s regretting that decision. Scott’s claimed that we had root intrusion and when asked to see the proof, we were presented with a cell phone photo. They claimed the main line needed to be sealed at a cost of $1400. We contacted a plumber that used a camera to scope the line and showed that the line was perfectly fine and in good condition. The house is only 7 years old and no trees in the vicinity. The so called, “root intrusion” turned out to be hair.

The septic system needed urgent work for the house I was buying, and Scott's was on the job in no time! I was notified when they'd arrive; the work was done quickly, after which I got a call to explain what they'd found, how they'd corrected it, how to keep it in working order for the future, and why they were adjusting the agreed-upon price *downward.* The invoice also contained these helpful notes. Great experience, highly recommended! Scott's has earned a long-term customer in me!

Stop right here! No need to look further for your septic needs! We called for assistance and within 30 minutes Chis and Tim were in our backyard to our rescue. They not only fixed problems caused by others but let us know that problems others told us existed weren't true. Totally honest, trustworthy, professional, beyond courteous and extremely reasonably priced. I wish I had found them first. But from now on they will always be our first and only call!

We discovered a blockage near our main line early on a Sunday morning which took out most of our house. Scott's came out 1 hour later and got us back up and running. Great service and great advice from the two of them!
