We had an issue with our freezer building up ice on the inside of the door. JT came out and got the parts list he needed, ordered, and made the repair very timely. Great service and great communication

I was not very satisfied with our service. I was never contacted to make an appointment and they just scheduled one. I had to reschedule because it didn't work with our schedule. When our repair person got to our house, they said that they were "still learning" gas stoves. We were having trouble with our eyes lighting and it smelling really strongly like gas. All our repair person did was try to light our eyes on our stove and take the eyes apart and put them back together. He turned our oven on to check the gas smell that we smell sometimes. He basically told me that we just needed to get used to our gas stove. I'm just confused and still concerned with our gas and I feel like I didn't receive any help. Any time I raised concern with our gas, I was dismissed.

Made us pay $99 to diagnose an issue when we already knew what it was and then quoted $350 to repair suspension rods... what a joke! Just wanted anyone in a similar position to be very aware of the prices since they wouldn't provide an online quote.
