We love our clean floors!! We have used Steem Masters for over 7 years. And they always deliver a great service. They also keep improving things! The pet deodorizer is great. Not just a cover up for wet dirty dog! My husband is very sensitive to perfumes and their products don’t bother him at all. We also had our kitchen and bathroom tile steam cleaned and then sealed. I had steam masters clean our Den & Kitchen last week! They did a superb job and the Carpet looks great😀they were on time! Finished their work in a timely manner and made our carpet look fantastic, our carpet was installed by Clarksville Floor Covering in 1988 and it has been a tremendous piece of Carpet! Mike and his team did an amazing job. Scheduling was easy. I received a text and photo of the team to know who was coming and that they were in route to our home. We had 4 large area rugs cleaned. They pre-treated, steamed, and deodorized and were out the door in about an hour. Mike was super courteous and efficient. I highly recommend!

My rental company hired them to clean my carpets after the tenant moved out. A spot showed up after and they came back out and cleaned it again. Great customer service! A job well done. Would recommend to everyone

Only good things to say about this family business. They were very friendly and respectable. They did an AMAZING job at cleaning the carpets! We called them right after we closed on the house and they were able to be there the next morning! Very timely! We didn't have to wait around a 2 hour block window. They gave us a time, we received a text when they were on their way. It was great. I highly recommend Steem Master for a quality service at a great price!

Came out on extremely short notice to help clean up a new stain from a pet accident. Carpets looked brand new, and they were even able to get up old stains that another company had said was impossible after they had tried. Would recommend 100%, and will definitely be using them again.
