When I called to schedule an appointment I was given a date and time within a window that I could meet. Brian the technician was on time, very professional and ensured that the work was completed and the system was working properly before leaving.

I spoke to a wonderful person named Brian who asked questions about what was going on with our mini-split which wasn’t producing heat. He wanted to research the unit prior to coming out the next day, which I feel is smart business! That way he knew exactly what to expect when he arrived, saving him time, and ultimately, saving me money. He was professional, friendly, and thorough with his investigation. Shockingly, the unit started working again before my appointment, and they didn’t charge me a cancellation fee which I find refreshing. I have used G2 many times in the past and have ALWAYS received excellent service, and this experience solidifies that I will never use anyone else! And on a personal note, thank you for your compassion Brian, as I had a slight breakdown over the phone. Your kindness and understanding truly meant more than you know.
