I have had several things happen to my home in the pass weeks which required the service of Lee Company. I called and they were able to fit me into their schedule and I was very pleased with their work. The men who can to my home were very professional and fixed my problems quickly.

When our fridge was on the fritz, Lee Company was able to fit us into their schedule the same day. Our technician wore shoe booties to protect our floors and was very polite. We would call them again in a pinch!

Erik worked on our new air conditioner which wasn't working properly. Within only a few minutes, he found and fixed the problem. We're very pleased!!

Terry was the technician and he goes above and beyond on customer satisfaction and exceeds any other expectations we had. Everything was done perfectly, this was a complete home plumbing remodel and we only originally called out for a clogged pipe (which we had possibly expected it to be a bigger problem) and now we have piece of mind and a fully functioning house!

Our tankless water heater stopped working Thursday evening. We knew there were no part houses open at night but contacted Lee to have someone respond as early Friday as possible. We were contacted early Friday and Jonathan arrived mid-morning. He was very familiar with the system, found the flow switch was not functioning and picked up a replacement and a new check valve at Lee's Bellevue office. He replaced the parts, and the unit operated normally. He doubled checked for leaks and any other issues and we verified we had hot water across the house. We had a large gathering coming Saturday and the prompt repair was greatly appreciated. Since the unit was almost 10 years old, we thought replacing it might be required but the repair cost was very reasonable, and we were back to normal quickly. I also add, since Lee opened the Bellevue office our service levels and quality of techs has noticeably improved.

I have seen their name for years , but this is my first experience with the Lee Company. I have been thoroughly impressed. They came out late in the day to look at my plumbing to see why the toilets and the showers were backing up. They were very polite, professional and respectful, of not only myslef, but my home as well. They were methodical and you could tell they were very experienced. Unfortunately, I had some bad news with a broken pipe, but they laid out several different options for me and explained everything in detail. They answered all of my questions in detail and set up a time and date to return to fix rthe problem. They even explained to me their maintenance program that you can sign up for that is only $12 per month, and the items that they maintain are well worth the money spent per month. In fact, I almost feel guilty spending such little money per month for the maintenance program and receiving so many benefits from it. Thank you Lee Company for being a customer service centered company.

I’ve called Lee Company multiple times and each time, the people who have helped me whether on the phone or at the house have been nothing but professional, knowledgeable, and beyond helpful in making sure our home has the most reliable equipment. Each interaction with Lee Company employees surpasses my expectations and solidifies my decision to run to them for any needs, including our recent water heater incident. They got us a brand new water heater and fixed the inadequate set up the previous owners of this house had in order to ensure we would not run into this problem again. Lee Company installed new wiring for our hot tub. The entire process was seamless with great communication throughout. Brad, the electrician, provided great professional service even when battling the extreme cold conditions. Lee Company always providing great service to our home.

This place is a great business. When our heating unit went out, Tracy called the office to get us portable heaters because temperatures were going to be in the 20s that evening. A few weeks later, we had them install a new heating and air conditioner unit. The guys worked hard and completed the job in just a few hours. Mike, the manager, was also involved, ensuring that all went smoothly and there were no problems.

My gas heating unit would not come on, there is extensive road construction(digging) going on in the neighborhood, I called Piedmont Gas first, I was told probably an internal issue! I immediately called Lee Company and they were at my house and fixed the the issue within 3 hours. The Service Tech, Edgar was so efficient and kind! I highly recommend The Lee Company!

For uncertain reasons, the bathroom sink drain began to leak last week. Tightening the connections didn't solve the problem, nor did replacing a couple of gaskets. I made an appointment with Lee & Co., and an agent came out to evaluate the problem.

A large part of the problem was the linkage of the trap to the drain line. This pipe could not be easily removed, so the trap portion couldn't be perfectly perpendicular. Low leakage continued, so putty was applied to all the joints. This seems to have resolved most of the problem, although it's not a perfect solution. He was very helpful.

Replacing the sink was not an easy solution, since it is set several inches below a ceramic tile surround. The agent agreed that replacing the sink would require a major remodeling project in a house that will most likely be replaced when we vacate. (The house was built in 1955).

I called because I had a unsealed toilet. No emergency no rush. Tech came out was friendly. He replaced a broken bolt and put a new wax ring. About 50$ in parts. He was at my house for 15 minutes and the charge was $556. I payed the bill then called the company and asked to speak to a manager. I was told they do not itemized bills but a manager would call me. I was told a manager would call 2 separate times and no call. I understand the cost of things and feel like I was ripped off. I was told minimum 79.99 service charge. Where was the other $400? Extremely dissatisfied and would not recommend this company.

Used Lee company for Electric, plumbing, and HVAC so far… very nice techs and easy to work with… not the cheapest but you 100% get the work you pay for every time. Used their memberships which give discounts on work as well

The service man tried his best to fix our broken water line. He spent several hours on Friday and Saturday but was unable to fix leak. Lee fell way below my expectations and finally told the Lee man we will find another plumbing company. The new plumbing company told us Lee had put in the wrong fittings and used a glue that would not hold. We called another plumbing company and they were able to fix the leak within a couple of hours and charged us at least half of what I paid to Lee company. Will not call Lee Company for any type of repairs.

Lee Company came out to our home after we had another company come out & tell us we needed a whole new a/c unit and that 78 degrees was a “normal temp” inside our home. Lee company was able to correctly diagnose the issue. They were super kind & thorough. I’m happy to report that it’s working great and our home is now cooling to 78 degrees. Call these guys, they do it best!

I've used Lee Company for years and have never been disappointed with their quality of work, customer service, or prices! They go above and beyond. One project they quoted for me ended up being thousands of dollars more than they expected, but they still honored their quote. I have one rental property here and they also treat my tenants as well as they do me, which is really important to me. As people, they deserve it, and I've heard many stories of tenants being treated poorly simply because they weren't the owners. They are my go-to team!!

The person who came to do the job was so knowledgeable and professional. He checked all possiblies to pin point the problem before doing any repairs. I thought that was amazing, as he didn't want me to have to pay for something that didn't exist. Highly recommend Lee Company.
