Wish I could give them no stars... after being called out by my home warranty company they looked and found the problem in 2 mins of being at my home.. he was overly worried about getting his 100$ for being called out , then proceeded to tell the warranty company the part was missing instead of broken so he didn't have to come back out and fix it.. I took pics of the broken piece after he left.. it was broken not missing, warranty doesnt cover missing, so he took my 100$ and didn't have to fix anything or do anything at all for it..not happy at all and wouldnt recommend using them unless you want to literally give your hard earned money away.. now I'm stuck with leaking sink and having to buy the part myself to fix it anyway..they had already called and delayed coming out because of what they called a mechanical issue..

I would give a ZERO if it were an option. The attitudes of the employees are awful. They treat you HORRIBLY and hang up the phone when you ask a question they don't like. If you want to be treated rudely in YOUR OWN HOME.... then enjoy. I have never had any business treat me this way. Especially somebody coming into MY house!!! Horrible, horrible, horrible! If i treated people this way at my job, i would no longer be employed. Such a shame to have to leave a bad review for a business.
