Freedom Plumbing was hired by my neighbor to do a job in July 2025. Although the work could be done from the street, they and their sub contractor brought equipment onto my property without permission and broke large limbs off an old crepe myrtle. I showed the damage to a manager named Gavin, who was unconcerned. I asked for his insurance information and he did not provide it. They also did not reseed the area where they dug. This was over 3 months ago, and no effort has been done to make it right. I was not a customer, but I saw first hand they are willing and able to take advantage of people and leave a mess for you to deal with. After my experience, I would not recommend them to anyone.

Freedom Plumbing was great!
Cole did a great job on pumping everything. He also took the time to talk with me for a while and explain how the septic system works! Freedom Plumbing are a GREAT company! -
