Had a date and time for them to come out to look at an issue. Ended up wasting most of the day waiting on them to show up to which they never did. No phone call. They also ignored my many phone calls.

Called 1 plumber he couldn’t unclog the drain , called RotoRooter they never called us back ,called these guys at 4:30 and they arrived by 5:00 and fixed my problem in 5 minutes and they gave me cheaper estimates than Hep .

I have tried to use this company several times for different issues, if you can get them to respond or show up they do good work. Getting them to respond or show up is this issue. Good luck if trying to use them!!

I had to have a pop off valve replaced. They recommended that a expansion tank be installed. Very professional and courteous! Will definitely use them again

Dillion and his crew came out right after Thanksgiving to repair a sewage line issue and install septic risers. Extremely friendly and 1/3 the cost of other quotes.

I had called several plumbers over the course of a week with no return calls. Today I called Southeast Rooter and Plumbing and the call was answered promptly and assured me they could get out today after the job they were on. These gentlemen called back promptly and arrived quickly after. The problem was found quickly and repaired efficiently with friendly knowledgeable service. I would definitely recommend them for any plumbing needs and will call them back when I need one!

Very professional, came quickly.Gave estimate of cost before starting work. Explained everything and showed me what was done. Checked before leaving to make sure all was working correctly. He pulled his shoes off before coming into my home. Vacuumed basement area before leaving. Will use them again if I have problems. The name of this business is Potter's Plumbing. We contacted Master plumbing of Tennessee after being informed by the water company of a water leak at my business. Glen came out personally to assess. Glen found the problem and gave us an easy solution. I highly recommend Master plumbing. They are very honest and fair.

Glenn is awesome, I had a huge clog in my downstairs drain sewage bubbling up in the shower, he knew exactly where it was and had it fixed in a few minutes. I would recommend them for anybody anytime anywhere.

I contacted Glenn on a referral from another plumber after reading his glowing Google reviews. My condo needed a replacement garbage disposer installed and even more pressing: a hot water shutoff valve for a compact washer/dryer replacement. Glenn was flexible in scheduling my work as requested (even took a follow-up call on a Sunday to confirm) and gave a reasonable estimate over the phone. Glenn showed up on time and performed the tasks within scope while charging me less than the estimate! Another plus was getting my work done as scheduled allowed the re-install of a new washer/dryer two days later or otherwise was faced with lengthy delays. If you want a company that calls you back, gives you an estimate and does the work, these guys are the ones to call. Glenn and Nathan explained everything to me and did their best to keep to the estimate. This was a big job of replacing all copper piping to pex, fixing leaks, etc. Very kind, compassionate men.
