Mike came down from Clinton to Knoxville just for us. took the extra time to check our water pressure and turns out I didn’t need to replace my pressure regulator like I thought. He’s an honest plumber that will shoot straight with you.

He shows up when he says he's going to and is very knowledgeable in the trade. We had Mike out to resolve a couple of issues for us. A planned project to replace our aging copper lines with PEX and another time to fix our supply line that burst. We were extremely thankful for his timely and high quality service. He's definitely on our speed dial list whenever the next issue arises.

I called late on a Saturday morning and Mike picked up after a few rings. I described the problem, a leaking kitchen sink drain rendering it unusable. He said he could be there in about an hour, but was pleasantly surprised when he actually arrived in less. After inspecting the sink he recommended replacing the drain instead of trying to repair the existing one including the cost. The job may not have been that complicated, but it was done quickly and professionally. I’ll be using his services again, and I’d refer anyone needing a quality plumber to call Mike.
