WARNING TO ANYONE USING THIS COMPANY. I HAD A HOUSE FIRE IN 2014.... JARED WAS OVER MY SERVICES HERE. HE CAME IN N TOLD ME THEY'RE GOING TO OVER INFLATE THE DAMAGES TO MY HOUSE TO GET MY INSURANCE TO PAY UP. MY INSURANCE AT THE TIME ALPHA, HE INSURANCE ADJUDTOR WAS A PRICK, HE US THE ONE WHO TOLD ME TO USE SERVPRO. WELL, IVE NEVER HAD THIS HAPPEN TO ME BEFORE. I HAD ALOT OF MY PERSONAL PROPERTY TAKEN OUTTA MY HOUSE... NOT DAMAGED NOT BURNED........ NEVER TO BE SEEN AGAIN.... JARED WAS OVER THIS....WHEN THEY SLAPPED A BAND AID OVER THE ISSUES.... MY NON BURNED 🔥 ITEMS WERE STOLEN FROM ME ..... MY GRANDMA DIED N I WAS GUVEN HER PORCELAIN DOLL. IN A PLASTIC COVER. I KNEW IT WASNT DAMAGE. MY LEATHER OUTFIT THAT WAS ALSO, IN A COVERED PLASTIC COVERING I HAD SINCE I WAS 18YRS OLD I KNEW IT WASNT DAMAGED.... ALOT, OF MY BELONGINGS, NEVER...RETURNED..... I HAD A FEW EMPTY BOXES 📦... WHEN I ASKED JARED... WHERES MY STUFF..... HE REPONDED.... FILE IT WITH UR INSURANCE COMPANY TO GET PAID. .... HOW CAN U REPLACE CENTIMENTAL THINGS AFTER..... YEARS... N THEY WERENT DAMAGED BUT, STOLEN!!!!!..... THE INSURANCE COMPANY DIDN'T COMPENSATE THESE LOSES........ IVE CONTACTED AN ATTORNEY ABOUT THIS ISSUE... THIS IS ROBBERY. ... SERVPRO. WALKED AWAY NOT ONLY WITH MY BELONGINGS BUT, $20K. . AFTER THEY SLAPPED A BANDAID ON MY HOUSE......FAST FORWARD.. 5YRS AFTER THE FACT..... THEY NEVER CHECKED MY ROOF ..AKA FIRE..OR FOUNDATION.....WATER..... MY HOUSE...... WAS ALMOST CONDEMED.... ROOF LEAKED IN MY BATHROOMS, KITCHEN N LIVINGROOM.... CEILINGS COLLAPSED..... FLOORS SANK.... MOLD SET IN..... WE WERE FORCED TO LIVE IN AN RV... FOR 4YRS UNTIL WE GOT AN APPROVAL TO REPLACE....N REBUILD.... WE HAD TO PAY FOR IT......TO DATE $$$$60K OUTTA OUR POCKETS.... NO INSURANCE..... N THEY WALKED AWAY WITH $20K N MY STUFF...... PLEASE!!!!!! DONT USE THEM... IF I KNEW THEN... I WOULDN'T HAVE...ALPHA INSURANCE CLAIM ADJUDTOR RECOMMENDED THEM.................

During a storm in early April, I had a tree limb fall on my roof and puncture it in two small places. Of course it was a Sunday morning. I called ServPro and I am very grateful that they sent someone out to cover the small area of affected roof--about fifty square feet in the lowest corner of my front roof. I knew it would be expensive because: Sunday. But I was surprised that the bill was $1,069 for a job that took no more than an hour and didn't even require that the one responding individual climb onto the roof. And, btw, he did do a good job==that is not in dispute here.

The invoice was vague and listed only two items: Emergency Service Call and Roof Tarping. I made three calls asking someone to call back to explain how the Roof Tarping charge was calculated. In the first call, I was told that it was usually based on square footage. Three calls later I was told that in this situation, they just mark up their subcontractor's rate. All I have to say about that is that I hope that subcontractor did get a fair chunk of the totaI bill. I think you all at ServPro will know what I mean by that. I got the impression that what I was charged was based upon the fact that my interior damage was minimal and did not result in a bigger, more lucrative job for ServPro.

I'm giving two stars because I do appreciate that they helped me out on a Sunday but I would not call on this company again because I think the amount charged was price gouging and who appreciates or can afford that?

Tevin and Clinton have been a welcome addition to my home repair team. Another company botched the water restoration of our home. Tevin and Clinton came in and took charge. They corrected all the work and left me feeling reassured that my home will actually be fixed!! I would recommend them to anyone

Each individual we either talked to on the phone or in person at our home was very good at explaining the steps in resolving our situation in drying the floors and walls due to a water leak in the laundry room

I am So happy with the Pack Out Serve Pro has done at my house . Kelvin and Matthew has worked Endless hours carefully wrapping and boxing and cleaning my house. These guys and their crew did such a great job making sure Everything was inventoried to be put in storage so my house can get going on the ReCon stage. I could not have asked for any better than what I got. Answered questions and were so helpful in every aspect of this phase. Thank You Kelvin and Matthew for all that you have done.

We had an unexpected introduction to the Ooltewah ServPro team as one of the managers proactively identified a live leak on our property and served our needs from flowing water out the doors to mitigating where water sprayed and potential mold could manifest. He checked in regularly until all was clear. What could have been a large loss to us was quickly curtailed by his quick action. We are deeply grateful!

Servpro was the only company in Chattanooga that returned my call. The service they provided as exceptional and I will be sure to recommend to anyone that needs water mitigation. Brian Wilhelm was extremely professional, timely and even bright my dog treats. Great work guys.

Small issues in the house are overwhelming and inconvenient. To have someone come in that knows what they’re doing, goes above and beyond to get the job done is the perfect calm to the storm. Thankful for the knowledge, reliability, consistency that Servpro of Chattanooga provided. It’s the communication via text that was the cherry on top for me!

Brian and Ethan were very thorough techs. They did a wonderful job in helping us with water damages clean up at our office space. Communication with ServePro staff and us here at Keystone Solutions was top notch. Hopefully, we will not be needing any more of your services in the near future. However, if we do. A house fire is hard enough to deal with. Matt Holland and the team at Servpro made it easier. Matt was agreeable, communicative, and went above and beyond to ensure the work was done right and not a detail was missed. The greatest benefit to working with this team is you have someone you can directly call to address questions and concerns throughout the process. Matt and team were always available through call or text. They worked with our insurance company to ensure supplements and the work was covered. Can’t say good enough things about this team. Many companies have lost sight of what customer service means to the customer, not this team. Please call them in the unfortunate case of your next disaster.

Servpro helped us clean up the mess from a pipe burst. They did a fantastic job and the project manager, Steven Hendrix was a pleasure to work with!

Servpro came in, removed damage, areas of carpet and flooring had their machines in to dry. The people who came to do this job were very professional and very courteous and I was very pleased with them

We had a 75-gallon fish tank to leak about 50 Gallons of water out into our living room.
We called Servpro. They came out and placed about 10 air movers to dry the floor. They then cleaned the carpet in the living room, bedroom and hallway. They are billing us $2,500.00. The payment amount was not discussed before service. We are senior citizens; this was not an insurance claim. They are refusing to reconsider the price. I asked for a payment arrangement and was refused. Beware of having a service done without a written contract with this company!

Tim, David, Haley, Clinton and Tevin were absolutely amazing (there were several others but I don’t know their names). After our refrigerator flooded our kitchen and downstairs area, these guys were wonderful. Every team and individual that I have met with Servpro has been super nice, well mannered, and worked so hard, not only on the job, but in reassuring me that they were here to help me as professionals in this field. Great company and great people!

SERVPRO was exactly what we needed when Home Depot installed the dishwasher wrong and our whole kitchen flooded. They were professional, thorough and worked meticulously from start to finish.
