Preston and Darren did a great job performing the winter preventative maintenance and inspection of our HVAC system. They were very thorough and professional. They communicated all of their findings and answered several questions regarding a concern I had with the furnace . I highly recommend Dale's Heating and Air to anyone in the greater Chattanooga area.

Andrew arrived earlier than expected. Went right to work, showed me in pictures everything I needed to know. Provided options, and then took care of the problem in less than a blink of the eye. Great service and was very pleased.

Thank you so much to Jason and Evan for coming over this past Friday to install our new heating and AC system. They arrived around 5 p.m. and worked hard until almost 10 p.m. to finish the installation. Both of them were professional, friendly, and showed great dedication—no complaints about working overtime, just a strong commitment to getting the job done right.
They really went above and beyond to make sure our heater was ready before the cold weather arrived on Monday. We’re so pleased with their work and grateful for their effort. Thanks again, Jason and Evan! Highly recommend their service!
