Great results in house, gutters, driveway, and walk. Diligent, steady work, prompt communication and on time. I have no hesitation in recommending. Feels like the house has a new paint job. The soft wash also is not damaging like power washing can be.

A soft wash was performed on our roof, stacked stone retaining walls, Mountainstone siding as well as our pea gravel driveway. We are absolutely blown away by the difference it made, especially to the Stackstone/Mountainstone. It literally looks like it was laid yesterday instead of 20 years ago. We couldn’t be more pleased. The owner and his team are very professional, courteous and friendly. We have also used them for several years for Window washing, outstanding results For that service as well. I would highly recommend Superior Shine if you are looking for someone to soft wash your home. From beginning to end, you are treated professionally and respectfully.

Spencer and Caleb were the team sent to do the job. They were polite and hardworking. They took pride in the job they were doing and wanted me to be pleased with their work. Everything looked so beautiful when they left late in the afternoon. But Spencer told me if there was a problem after it dried, not to hesitate to call and he would come back out. The next day, there were some stained spots on the vinyl so I called to ask if there was anything they could do. Spencer came right back out and told me it was “vinyl bleed”, took care of it and then did a follow up today - just to be sure I was completely pleased with the job! Spencer was the nicest young man! He has such a positive disposition and hard work ethic. He represents your company well. I hope you pay him well - he is definitely a keeper!!

The two guys that did the work at our house was fantastic. They got the roof, gutters and driveway done before the rain. They worked in the rain to finish washing our house. We have used Superior Shine twice now since moving to Chattanooga and they are fantastic. We used them for roof cleaning and indoor/outdoor window washing when we first moved into our house 18 months ago and then again for window washing in April. Our roof still looks fantastic after the initial cleaning in September 2022. Our windows are absolutely spotless. David (owner) is very responsive, flexible and I find the pricing to be extremely reasonable for their services. I would highly recommend using them for your window and roof washing needs!

EXCELLENT!!!!!! I have hired many window cleaning companies in Chattanooga, Superior Shine is ahead of them by a long shot. My windows are spotless! Even my high ceiling windows that I had not cleaned in 5 years. Roof, house and sidewalks look incredible. I can't recommend this company enough. Everyone that has shown up to my house has been courteous, knowledgeable and gone the extra mile. HIRE THEM!!!

Window washing turned out fine but the soft wash of my house did not turn out as expected. If you have an older house ask very specific questions depending on age, what type of siding and stain you have. As we now understand from David, these were the reasons for our disappointing outcome. He indicated our outcome was not the norm. He stated his company offers a 100% refund if customer is dissatisfied with results. We are dissatisfied but we do believe this was an unfortunate misunderstanding all around. We leave the issuance of a refund up to him.

What a great experience and outcome!! The soft wash roof looks great! David was very knowledgeable and helped us to better understand all that was occurring. Everything went seamlessly. Communication was excellent, he arrived on time and worked meticulously to make sure that it was done right!

I have used Superior Shine several times for different things around our home. They always do an excellent job and their communication is great. My sidewalks and stone walls look amazing without the harshness of pressure washing them. I had them come out the other day to clean my outdoor teak furniture for the first time. I was a little nervous but it cleaned up so nicely without damaging the wood! I dont have to clean it myself which would have taken hours. I can’t recommend this company enough!
