Justin has always communicated about schedules or timeframes that had to be altered due to weather,employee sickness, vendor shortages etc… I always feel confident Richardson Lawn & Landscape will do my projects per our contracts, and has made me feel I’m not just a job number. I would highly recommend his services.

The disrespect and everything towards my family was just the beginning. Don’t trust this “landscaper” with the flowers and scrubs that he thinks are going to survive (which only half of them even survived the first week in the ground). Grant it he did give us a refund on a FRACTION of what my family spent, but we wouldn’t be in our situation if they did this in the first place. Charged WAY too much for what he thinks is mediocre jobs, but that’s just the least of it. His crew left a mess all over our driveway and thought the “rain” would take it away. All I’m saying is for the people paying to live out here and give this place an actual economy use word of mouth instead of what you here from the internet (I.E this company). Only one star was on he option to pick out how our experience was with this company but Bigger’s can’t be choosers. Find another place if needed to stay away.

Justin and his crew did an unbelievable job in doing a full landscaping job at my home. They installed new irrigation, trees, plants, and sod. They come by on a regular basis to assure everything is doing ok in this heat. I highly recommend them not just for their work ethic ( on time, and did what they said they would do) but because you don't find people who actually care anymore! Thank you Justin and crew we love our yard!

Justin and his team did an amazing job putting in a curtain drain to alleviate several issues I had in my yard of water “pooling”. There was a large team that worked for almost 3 full days and the price was very reasonable for so much work.

The landscape lighting that Richardson offers is incredible! In addition, the design work and being able to go from vision to reality is phenomenal! Highly recommend.

My daughter hired Justin and his team after another landscaping contractor failed miserably to solve her water problems. It took some time primarily due to poor weather but by excavating, adding a Footer Tile drain with proper sloping from the house the issues have been resolved. There were several reasons I chose Justin out of all the quotes I received. His knowledge and confidence in the system and work put my mind at ease knowing this is quite an invasive process with trenching and heavy machinery being at my house, and also being quite a costly investment I wanted to make sure I chose the right person. Thru the entire process Justin and his wife Allison answered all of my questions and supported any changes to the job that I had ideas on on the fly. Richardson Lawn and Landscaping exceeded our expectations! We built a new home this past year, and they helped us navigate an irrigation install, sodding, tree planting, all landscaping, rock walls, and outdoor lighting. The field workers were always friendly and respectful. The owner was often onsite making sure everything was done right. He made great suggestions and offered many options on how to handle the challenging slope of our lot. The experience was evident. The office/billing was on point as well! They have all been helpful and responsive well after completion with any questions. The process went so well, we later called upon them to do work for another investment home we own. We had a similar experience there as well, and it was a smaller home with less challenges. My husband and I both highly recommend from start to finish.
