Matthew was awesome. He was able to quickly asses the problem, quote and complete the repair and get my heat back on. Once everything was fixed he stayed around to make sure things were cleaned up and running properly. I’ll definitely use SH again.

This is a hard post to make but here goes. I have done business with Spring Hill Heating and Cooling (which is not nor has ever been based in Spring Hill) for ten plus years. I have bought two new units and used their comfort care program over those years. Until today I have highly recommended them to friends and family. Today, I call with a breakdown and was told the earliest I could be scheduled was 24 days away. I am happy that Kevin and the crew are busy but that kind of wait was very unexpected. I informed the office staff of my surprise about the wait and informed them I would try to contact another company as waiting three weeks was no acceptable. In a matter of minutes I found three other companies which I have used in the past and trust that were able to get a breakdown scheduled as soon as the next day and not further than fours days. When I called back to cancel my service call I was greeted with complete indifference. Ten years of history and tens of thousands of dollars spent garnered no loyalty in return. Congratulations on being so busy you don’t care if you keep a customer. At no time was I treated rudely. I am just not satisfied with the results of this interaction.
