Jared and the other technician were both very thorough. Jared provided me with all of my options and he did a good job answering my questions, especially explaining what could be causing my issues.
Also, he gave me good advice about my unit’s upkeep going forward. I felt like he knew his work. I am very glad that I called Hiller. I will definitely use them again.

Called Best Care first. Woman who answered the phone copped an attitude when I had a question, transferred me to somebody else who said she’d call me back and never did. Lucky break for me. Hiller‘s Tech Charles did excellent work. I know where to take my next business.

Fast and easy scheduling and an on time arrival were a great start. Nathan Henderson was my technician and he was incredibly kind, efficient, and knowledgeable - got my exterior outlet fixed in a snap! He also gave me great advice on breaker issues so I can save money in the future and the pricing was very fair. Hard to find good, honest companies like this, I’ll definitely be using Hiller again!!

When the issue was unable to be fixed that night since it was late, he came back first thing the next morning. He was very knowledgable and thorough.
