Turner Exteriors updated our 50 year old 3300 sq ft brick ranch with vinyl. They updated everything that was wood with vinyl siding to include four huge gables, and all facia and soffits. They also replaced my gutters with new and larger gutters. They gave me the colors exactly as I wanted. The gave me a start and end date, and met those dates. They kept me informed along the way, and cleaned up afterward. I would highly recommend them!

Back in 2020, when i moved to Knox, these guys came in and: 1- installed new supports under the old deck; 2- installed a complete new overhead; 3- installed full screening; 4- installed a complete new roof on new and existing. they did a great job and had all the work completed inside 1 week.

I am overjoyed with the work done by Turner Exterior's crew. My siding and gutters were damaged in a lightning storm. Turner Exterior not only repaired the damage neatly and quickly, but made it look better than new. I am very pleased and impressed with the entire crew. The crew arrived on time and ready to work. The project manager Jabrielle was excellent at making sure I was informed at every step of the repairs. He was diligent, professional, and personable. Thank all of you for a job well done.

After talking with several roofing contractors, I chose Turner Exteriors for the professionalism and ability to explain what I needed and what was the best way to achieve that goal. Their crews were professional, polite, and very, very knowledgeable. This was not your run of the mail roof. It was 62 squares of different angles and shapes and they did a beautiful job.

I’m very pleased with all the work Turner Exteriors and all their contractors did from the water mitigation to making our basement area an absolutely gorgeous and usable space now. I absolutely love the new roof cover over our deck as well! Thank you Jabrielle and Amilcar for coming out today and doing a wonderful job at creating a new bottom step for our deck since it was raised slightly. Just perfect!

I wholeheartedly regret calling this company. I waited to write a review because I truly don’t like leaving negative reviews but after a few months of trying to forget this experience, realize customers need to be fully informed to make appropriate choices. Things you need to know about this company. Communication is very lacking. There was very little communication with us and it was obvious there are huge gaps in communication between its employees.
No one ever informed us that its employees would be stopping by for a couple of things. These were their employees and NOT vendors delivering materials (which no one advised us that this would also happen.)
The day the project started, I was informed they would arrive ‘mid-morning’. I came home at 8:30am and several vehicles were present and workers were dropping tin off of my barn where my smaller farm animals were standing around. My plans were to secure them safely before ‘mid-morning’.
To say I was furious is an understatement.
At this point, I wanted to cancel this project and have them leave. Regretfully, I didn’t.

I met with the project manager and by 9am, he was gone. Never to be seen again.
That being said, the next day the roofers made an improper decision and spent time on something that was not supposed to be done. Again, no communication with the project manager or us. Fortunately, my husband noticed the work and questioned it so that it could be removed and original job continued. This cost them time and materials that shouldn’t have happened.

At the end of the day, workers left with no word of if or when they would return. (No communication!!)
I received a bill by text at 4:30 and immediately responded several times with a question of ‘if they were done?’
No response.

Monday morning, still no word.
Monday afternoon (1pm) Elijah with his gutter team pull in. I honestly didn’t want anyone from Turner at this point to be present on my property. The frustration and lack of professionalism and integrity was extremely disappointing. Elijah knew I was past my point of patience with them but he didn’t overreact and he did his job. The only reason I could offer any stars is because of him. He was professional and did a good job.
No one ever verified that ‘the contract’ was completed. (A small job was not completed or discussed.) No one ever tried to contact us to see if we were satisfied.
No word at all about anything.
The overall experience was
1. Sell a job that fits their abilities, and not what we wanted or tried to discuss.
2. Collect money and do the bare minimum to say they fulfilled their contract.
3. Move on to the bigger and financially better projects.
*I welcome people of different backgrounds. The 3 workers that were present worked hard but there was a language barrier. It was frustrating to not be able to communicate with them.

We did reach out to voice our concerns and was met with condescension or disregard.

**The workers do love their nail guns! So you will get your money’s worth in nails in each piece of lumber! (6-8 nails where 2 will suffice)

My sunroom turned out BETTER THAN I EXPECTED!!! Elijah and Sam were great to work with on the front end quote, materials, etc... Jim oversaw the work and kept a good timeline for the work and always followed up with me (every day). Arnold and his crew are incredible installers (Versetta Stone) and I am blown away at how the sunroom project turned out. Oscar and his painters were excellent, as well. Thank you to Turner Exteriors and I really appreciate the professionalism and absolutely amazing work.

We purchased land in Grainger County 1.5 years ago with a Clayton double wide mobile home on the property. The mobile homes exterior has taken a beating from the sun, wind and rain since 1997. I contacted Turner Exteriors this summer and Les Turner arrived on site to assess the house's condition. I provided Les with my wants, and he put forward recommendations and advised us on the building material choices during the proposal phase. Thanks to Les, Luke, Kyler, William, Sam, Jabrielle and a whole host of Turner Exterior staff that were involved in our exterior project, we are extremely appreciative of the outcome. The new covered front porch is functional and aesthetically adds curb appeal. Turner Exteriors replaced the inefficient windows, rear sliding patio door and front door. The upgraded windows and doors are great and the interior trim finish work was worth the additional cost. The entire staff that I communicated with throughout the project were fantastic to work with and I will certainly recommend Turner Exteriors as a trusted contractor that can improve any home.

Contacted Turner Exteriors and William was out in just two days. William understood what we wanted in a small deck. Received an estimate while he was there which was close to what I expected. The following week their crew arrived as scheduled and the deck was finished in 2 1/3 days. Thomas the lead person was excellent the quality of their exceeded all expectations. You can't go wrong with Turner Exteriors.

Will Hunt and his team were wonderful to deal with. Will have great advice on choosing the proper siding to give our house the new look we were going for. The crew was knowledgeable, respectful and showed up on time and were efficient while on site. We would definitely use Turner Exteriors for any further work in the future.
