I was told they would clean all ducks and returns with the duck cleaning. That didn’t happen!!! The service work they did was not done properly, I got another company to co and they did the service work over and it shocked us to see what he got out of the unit. Then after they cleaned the ducks and did the service work two days later the unit stopped working and the temperature was in the teens and low 20’s. I got them back to see what happened and I was told by the technician he could repair it for 1800.00 or put anew unit in for 4800.00. So I decided to call another company and they came and repaired it for 400.00 and it’s been working perfect since and it took him 30 minutes or less to put the new parts in and then he told me that all parts were under warranty and they didn’t charge anything for the parts with a new warranty on them. Seems they were going to charge us anywhere from 1800.00 to 4800.00 for labor only . I won’t be using them again but my wife and I are in our upper 70’s and on a fixed income but they didn’t act as if they cared either way. I was just released from Hospital from heart surgery and I’ll be out of commission for about two months with rehab etc. And it worries me that if something happens to me these companies like this would bankrupt my wife and family for the dollars!!!!!! SAD I may publish this also in the local paper and call the Local News in Knoxville.
