I went around and around about posting a review, but I decided to do it. I would like to start off by saying Tonya is a wonderful lady, both her and her mother were extremely kind. With that being said, I paid Tonya $500 to Deep clean my 1,400 sq ft home. I told her she didn't have to clean one of the bedrooms at all. She told me in the beginning all of the things included with the deep clean. I told her not to worry about the windows on the outside. I knew they were high up and would be difficult for her to reach. I explained my main focus was the baseboards, the floors and the bathrooms. Her and her mother were at the house for four hours. When we came home and I looked at everything I noticed the sinks were still dirty. The shower was still dirty. The windows on the inside weren't cleaned. The blinds weren't done. The baseboards had been dusted off, but weren't deep cleaned like we talked about I assumed with a deep cleaning that included the stove and refrigerator. Neither of them were touched. The more I looked at everything. The more upset I got. I paid $500. That's a lot of money to me. I texted her and again she was very kind. She offered for her and her mother to come back. Which she did for almost 2 more hours, but when I got home from work that day. The blinds were still dirty. It was a little better, but still not at all what I expected for a $500 deep cleaning. Again, she is a very kind and sweet lady. I am just very disappointed I spent that much money for something I wasn't at all happy with.

Tonya is amazing! She has become like part of the family to us. She is very kind and compassionate, my kids love her, and she always goes above and beyond to make sure we're taken care of. She is very professional and honest and knows a lot about cleaning techniques and how to use products that protect your home. If you're thinking about hiring her, I'd say, do it with your eyes closed. You won't be disappointed.

Tonya is the best cleaning service that I have ever had in my home. She is an Outlander person and a very hard worker. If you do not have her cleaning for you. You're not getting your home clean. Tonya goes above and beyond service. She cleans everything. Including blinds, ceiling fan wipes down your walls, too. She is the best. You must have her or you lose. If you want a great cleaning, she is the best. I was lucky to have her. Trust Worthy, too!
