If you have warranty work that needs to be done, don't hold your breath!! I have waited for over 5 months after the first communication with them, and no response from my several messages left on their voicemail. They never have a live person answer the phone. I actually had to end up paying out of pocket for warranty work because I had to use another generator company. It's probably best to avoid even installing a Briggs & Stratton generator and sticking with the better product Generac.

Arrived on time, communicated well and were very respectful of my space leaving zero mess! They were very well mannered and informative. The fact that they arrived when they said they would alone was a huge plus for me but they also have a text based system that keeps you up to date which was very nice! Would highly recommend

Company and crew came out after the damage from the ice storm and had us up and running in no time. Really great service, great crew!

Called multiple companies trying to get emergency service during the recent snow storm. Some wanted us to wait days before they could get to us and others wanted to charge thousands of dollars for unnecessary repairs. Gave a.n.d. A call about 10am and they were out right away even with all the ice on the roads. Had all repairs done in less than an hour and pricing was as well beyond reasonable. Big thanks to you guys and will use ya’ll for any electrical needs in the future.

These guys really saved us! Power line was ripped from our home by a large truck hitting the line. Had to call someone as the electric company could not make the repair to our weather head. We called these guys and they came right away. Fair-priced, super courteous and did a quick and professional job. 10/10 would recommend!
