These folks go above and beyond the call of duty to provide excellent customer service. The guy that fixed my heat explained what he was doing and how my heat would now fire right up, and he was spot-on. It was an after hours call, but thank goodness they showed up, they made sure my family did not suffer a cold night. This happened last winter, but I recently ran into the young man that fixed my heat and he remembered me, the least I could do is share my experience.

Prompt service and very nice people, the most kind respectful people just like the old days’ when a handshake is all you need. Exceeds your expectations. It’s the only number you will ever need for HVAC services. God Bless these folks!

I have used them for years they do excellent work and are very good with older units. We made the mistake of calling a friend of my fiancé sand he said we had to replace the unit which he did and he ended up screwing us over put in a used unit that was suppose to be new. Batson and Phillips has done all work that needs to be done. When I do need a new unit they will install it.

I LOVE Batson and Phillips HVAC!!! They installed my 2.5 ton unit in 2007 and repaired my 16 year old unit today. My husband is sick with cancer and they recognized our need because its gonna be a hot weekend in the 90's! Mike was here by 8:30am and by 9am it was back to a balmy 72 degrees in my house in minutes. Mike's customer service and knowledge of the product was EXCEPTIONAL!! He diagnosed and fixed our unit in minutes! Miss Stephanie in the office is so SWEET and genuinely gives the best customer service! You will not find another HVAC business with better service, timing, or prices. Call Batson and Phillips I promise you will not regret it! Thanks for everything Y'all!!!!! We appreciate you!!!
