Aaron was quick and efficient. Hiller responded to my call and got Aaron to come back to fix an issue from a week prior and he was able to get parts immediately at a local hardware store and come back and replace everything and get it running perfectly.

Hiller was contracted to replace my 70yr old fathers water line from road to home. left the old line open and the basement was flooded leaving my elderly father with over $3000.00 worth of damage. Les, their lead technician agreed the carpet should be replaced and received several quotes to do so. Their insurance company will not pay for the damages in full and is attempting to have him sign a release of liability for only $1012.00 which is only 1/3 of the damage created by their lack of performance. I would not recommend this company to any residential consumer. They will not stand behind their work and if they make a mistake will not make things right as an honest contractor should. Please beware of the risks you will be accepting of in hiring Hiller of Dickson.

We have been extremely pleased with Hiller since we bought our units from them in 2019. Their service team is top notch and are always kind, courteous and professional. I always recommend Hiller to anyone who asks about HVAC needs.
