Aaron was quick and efficient. Hiller responded to my call and got Aaron to come back to fix an issue from a week prior and he was able to get parts immediately at a local hardware store and come back and replace everything and get it running perfectly.

We have been extremely pleased with Hiller since we bought our units from them in 2019. Their service team is top notch and are always kind, courteous and professional. I always recommend Hiller to anyone who asks about HVAC needs.

We had a leak under our house that we were not able repair ourselves. I called the Hiller Company this morning and spoke to Amanda. She was very professional and scheduled a tech to come out this afternoon. Our tech, Christopher Perry, was very nice. He found the leak and fixed it with no problem. I highly recommend Christopher and Hiller Company to anyone that has any heating or plumbing issues.

Brayden was so respectful and a very hard worker. I called Hiller, and within a couple of hours, they were right out here fixing my problem. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs things done the right way. The price was good as well. Thanks Hiller👍🏻

Dalton was very exceptional in helping me. I am disabled and on a very tight fixed income. I had a leak which had led to my water bill doubling. Hiller were so nice when I called and Dalton came out this morning and found the leak and fixed it. Hiller is a great company that I highly recommend because they worked with me and we're so nice and helpful.

The technician arrived when they said they would and fixed our toilet quickly. Hiller gave me the best price in town everyone else wanted to charge the same amount as what i payed for the completion of the work just as a fee for the tech to show up. Will use them again should i need to. You also get text notifications and a picture with the name of the person who is coming to your location. Very professional and affordable.

We were pleased to find out Hiller serviced our area after looking locally for months. I called them this morning at 830, and Mr. Roberts was to our home within 4 hours. Nick genuinely seemed to enjoy his job and took great care of us. We will definitely request him if there is ever another problem. We are so thankful they took care of us so quickly, it's been months and we didn't even have to pay an emergency or rush fee. 100% recommend!

Called Hiller after getting home to a water leak big enough that the water department had turned the water off to the house. Although late in the evening, they dispatched someone quickly that showed up in less than an hour. Dalton was knowledgeable, efficient and very nice. I would highly recommend using Hiller and hopefully you’ll get the opportunity to meet Dalton!

Woke up to no heat and they had a technician at our home within an hour or so after I called. John was very professional, friendly, thorough and communicated well throughout the process. Even put shoe covers on before coming inside, without me asking. I really appreciated that! Overall great experience. We will definitely use these guys for any future services we need.

Our technician showed up within the service appointment window, very nice. He explained the issue with our furnace and quickly made the necessary maintenance. Will definitely give Hiller and Michael a call if we have another issue!

This afternoon, Alex, a Hiller technician, came over to honor our service package and check to make sure that our heating unit is running okay. He also put our new thermostat on, and helped me order filters. He is so knowledgeable and personable. He also helped me with the app setup and how to use it. My husband and I would recommend Hiller to anybody looking for the best heating and air company. They also do electrical and installed our generator. The technicians bend over backwards to make sure everything works correctly, and they are all very respectful and nice. Definitely a 5 star company.

I used the website to book an appointment after finding water on the floor coming from the toilet. Mr. Roberts came out right at the beginning of the appointment window. He listened to my concerns and checked multiple points for leaks before deciding on a plan of action. He pulled the toilet, replaced the wax ring, cleaned up, hooked the toilet back up, and made sure everything was running smoothly before saying the job was done. He was courteous and professional the entire time. The service was fast and efficient. The price was equivalent to what Google said it would be for my area. 10/10 Would recommend.
