I submitted a contact form on their website and had a response in a timely manner. They were helpful in scheduling a time to come out that met our needs, and they turned up on time. We were told they were “sending a couple of young guys.” They were young. But they were very professional and did a fantastic job. Our air con is working wonderfully, pumping out ice cold air. Will definitely use Wheeler Service in the future.

Wayne and Joey with Crossville heating and cooling did an outstanding job swapping out my old heat pump with new gas unit. They cleaned up from previous company installation and made sure everything worked, was level, and secured properly. They were very friendly and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend them for any hvac installations.
