Wayne and Joey with Crossville heating and cooling did an outstanding job swapping out my old heat pump with new gas unit. They cleaned up from previous company installation and made sure everything worked, was level, and secured properly. They were very friendly and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend them for any hvac installations.

Friendly and obviously knows what he’s doing. Kept me apprised of what he was doing. Very engaging.

Wayne and Chris are great techs! Some things weren’t working out, so being a heads up people they are, they thought of a way around it, that didn’t compromise looks or agreed upon price. As a customer, I couldn’t ask for two better individuals.

Thoroughly checked both systems one of which had become partially contaminated with neighbors construction dust.

Logan was an hour early for the appointment. He was very professional in appearance. Got right to work and had the problem identified in about 5 mins. He didn't have the part needed on his van, but offered to run to the shop to search for it. Even though they didn't have the part in stock, he still returned to discuss the next steps in person. Overall a 100% positive experience!

We were very impressed with how knowledgeable and professional our tech Michael was. He explained in detail everything that he was doing and provided us with the results of the tests he did. We are confident that if there was an issue it would have been identified during his thorough review of our system.

Hunter, Wayne and Jared came to my home and fixed a prior duct installation issue and did a fantastic job! The install techs were courteous and informative, calling me to let me know about the job progress and any issues they may have had along the way. This was a duct changeout prior to a full encapsulation, and I feel that the job was done professionally and in a timely manner. Brad Berry came to my house to perform warranty replacement of a blower motor and circuit board in my air handler. Brad was very courteous and professional. He dealt with an unanticipated complex technical issue and worked hard for a long time to finally solve the problem to my satisfaction. I was grateful to Brad for staying with me to get this problem fixed. It was a pleasure working with Brad. He gets a five-star review from me. I would recommend him to anybody.

Wayne & Chris did a great job installing vapor barrier in my crawl space under the house. They also installed return vent and weather vent for the new furnace.
