My name is Justin Griffith and we had issues with our compressor on our air unit. It’s making really really loud vibration noises that kept us up all night and we have to get up for work every day at 3:30am. We rent so our land lord sent this place out to our home today and he tried to get our landlord to make us deal with the noise for another month until warm weather gets here. Reason being because it doesn’t make the noise on cool, only on heat. We have children here and we work everyday and fix this place up out of pocket. I run service as well in the Chattanooga area and I would never treat a customer this way. It’s supposed to be done right the first time. And that’s how you keep good customer bases. NOT being treated this way. Luckily our landlord is willing to have it fixed so we don’t have to deal with the loud racket right outside our bedroom. I would never recommend this company to anyone. And really don’t even deserve 1 star but that’s the only way I could leave this review.

Mr.Pickett was extremely rude and let me know right away that he wasn't happy about coming to Jasper (He should have told me that when I talked to him). Customers in my salon talked about how rude he was. One lady said if there had been a man there he wouldn't have talked to me like he did. I needed him to look at my unit at my salon and at my house. He chose to look at my unit at my salon on Wednesday and scheduled
to look at my unit at my house on Monday when I talked to him on Tuesday. He was at my salon maybe 7 minutes and did absolutely nothing and charged me $92. He then insisted on going to my house. I told him no one was there and he already knew that. He told me he really didn't want to waste another day coming back to Jasper so I could give him a key and he would let himself in but he would not bring the key back t to me. No way was I giving this man a key to my house!!
I am forced to give a star to leave a review otherwise I would not have given any at all.
