Amazing service!!! Recommended

We contacted this company, received a quote. They followed up with us on a date and time which was today. NO CALL, NO SHOW!!! I took the day off to be here bc the trees needing cut are very close to the house. At 4:15, I contacted them to find out where they were. Was advised the nephew was handling the business and I am assuming the owner I was talking to, said it maybe another day!!! Sorry, no it won't. Time and money is valuable no call to say they were not coming or any type of follow up. So we will never recommend and will be glad to put our money in someone else's pocket.

J Solis, great service at an affordable price. They are professional and made short work of challenging tree clearing in the front yard between powerlines and our home.

Both my neighbor and I used J Solis Tree Service to remove some large trees on our property. They did a good job with the tree removal and cleaned up the yard well. I'll be calling them first the next time I need tree work done and I've already started recommending them to neighbors.

They removed a huge tree across my driveway same day and cleaned up so good I couldn't even find a twig...

Do not use this company. Called to get a quote to have two stumps removed. Gentleman came out and we agreed on a price. I was then informed that another guy would be calling me to setup a time. I was notified about 30 mins later around 11:45 with a time of 2pm. At 2:45, the same guy contacted me and stated he would not be able to make it and rescheduled for the next day at 10 am, it is 2:20 and still no one showed up nor has contacted me otherwise.

Mr. Ortiz and his guys did an amazing job. Had to have a tree cut back. Very good price. I would highly recommend.

I was busy and not able to supervise their work. I came later and explained they needed to correct some things and he tried. I paid them because I had to go.

I don't think they knew how to cut Leyland trees back (using them as a hedge). I had thought they were going to use a bloom as I had discussed, but he told me during the job he didn't own one. He didn't even bring a ladder to trim the face to the top. He trimmed as high as he could using my eight foot step ladder, but it still hung out on the top.

He didn't trim up the backside as I had asked him to do. Therefore I had to climb the trees and end up correct his work.

He was friendly and nice but I would not hire him again.

Need a tree removed in close proximity of the house. Ortiz Tree Service removed the tree and additional dead wood. They showed when they said they would, did the job, protected my property and cleaned up afterwards. Highly recommended. Terry B

Use this company! We called on a Monday for a quote and it was well below previous quotes. They came to cut down a large tree and top another one two days later. Easy to get in touch with and right on time for quote and work day. They left the property looking like they’d never been there. Friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and happy to do the work. We couldn’t ask for better service and price and will call again.

We had a 82 foot dead tree that needed removed it was very close to our home several large limbs had fallen to the ground barely missing the house and my brother mowing the lawn.
