I highly recommend Wonder Cooling! Scheduling an appointment was super easy—either online or by calling their office. The receptionist was very nice and helpful, and Roy was extremely friendly and clearly takes great pride in his work. He not only found that we had a leak, but also pinpointed exactly where it was and fixed it. On top of that, he noticed a few other issues and took care of those as well.

I also love that they offer a membership program so you don’t forget to schedule regular maintenance. Having them come out twice a year gives me peace of mind that everything is working properly. Excellent service all around!

Jeremy was on time and straight forward to the point. My only dig is after hello it was “Can I get the payment”? I thought that was kinda rude but he knew his job and did it well and very quickly. I’m happy!

We had a fantastic experience using Streamline. We had an emergency in the dead of summer with a hot house and a 5 month old baby and they were extremely accommodating to help us get the house cool. Highly recommend!

Our air conditioning went out, so we called our home warranty insurance and filed a claim. The next day I called, just to see how long it would take for them to be able to service our HVAC unit. The technician was at our house within two hours, and had it up and running again in 30 minutes. He was friendly, informative, and quick. It was amazing service!

Streamline was supposed to be the contractor to do A/C maintenance thru home warranty company. I received a text advising Streamline would be contacting me to set up a time. After 6 days, I tried to call Streamline. Went to voicemail, but mailbox was full. Called the warranty company back. They said Streamline would call in an hour or two. That was 48 hours ago.

Thank you Jeremy for coming out on yesterday replacing our unit. I guess patience pays off. There was a little lack of communication but overall I appreciate you tremendously!!!! Because you was the only person said to my warranty company this unit's over 50 years old it needs to be replaced. Everyone else kept making us pay for a bandages instead of replacement for the unit. Very Very Reasonable Price for the Unit. You would have thought the Lord sent His Angels from Above in the form of Jeremy the price was so Great!!!!!! THANK YOU JEREMY!!!!! Worst company I have ever worked with. Started a job on January 18, 2022 and the job was so-called completed April 17, 2022. Jeremy was my tech too. Never on time. Not professional at all. Cared more about being on phone with his wife and concerned about getting rolls of quarters to her for another side business, than taking care of the business at hand. Usually showed up after dark with no lights for him to even see what he was doing. Should also have informed us that the new unit would be 2-3 times the size of the old one, so that we could prepare a bigger foundation for the new unit to sit on. But he did not, so the unit would teeter totter on the concrete pad. Then he pretended to install some electronic heat board or strip to the unit. Instead of making sure he had the correct one. He brought one he found at his office/warehouse. Then it was installed incorrectly because it was the wrong piece. Wires were left off and not some not even connected to the unit at all. The new unit would not work. So, he came in the house and said it was the thermostat, of course it was not that either, but he replaced it anyway. It started to blow air and we thought it would be fine. I go out and look at the unit at first light and the metal housing between the unit and the house, was the old housing. It did not fit. It was taped and big gaps everywhere. I tried to call him and text him several times, but he never answered me. All of 2021 and part of 2022, my electric bill was much higher than previously. Of course, issues arise with that unit. Incorrect heat strip blew circuit board. I called someone else, NOT Streamline. The reason electric bills were high was because I was heating and cooling the outside. Most of the heat and air was escaping via the housing and other areas. I cannot express in words what a terrible and costly experience this was. They worked on TWO of my AC units. Now I have issues with the 2nd one. All in less than one year. It's ridiculous. I will call the other company that repaired and fixed their mess. If I can locate the pics I took of the mess Streamline left behind and what Jeremy would have called, "the finished replacement and repair"; I will attach them to this review. It you are looking for someone who is NOT dependable, poor craftsmanship and will cost you future expense, this is your company... Was now able to attach photos.
