Terrible customer service over the phone. I’m trying to get a quote on a property I’m under contract to purchase, but they would not help me with the quote or provide a solution because I’m not the current owner. This is exterior quotes and I’ve had several other contractors quote exterior and interior items with no problem.

Tom Powers is absolutely unreliable. Does not reply to multiple phone calls or texts, when he does read your text messages he doesn't answer. He told me in March that he would get back to me with prices for multiple large evergreen trees and here we are at the end of May, multiple attempts to message him and still nothing. I would not recommend this kind of unreliability and unprofessional behavior to anyone. You'll get more luck out of the Home Depot garden center!
