Every now and then you run into people that elevate a trade skill into an art form. These are those guys when it come to hvac ductwork.

I was very excited to get an estimate from a local business...the problem was once the man came and looked around and said he would call back with a price, I never heard back....I called 3 times spoke with a gentleman and he promised a return call all 3 times, but no one ever called....so I guess this is a good thing because I would have hated to put money down and then never hear from them again!

Great guys and excellent service. Had our furnace break down and they had it fixed within 3 hrs of our call. Would use them again no question! April 2023 just wanted to say we've been using these guys for 5 years now and they're still the most honest, great people to call!

I highly recommend Edwards and Hammons. They have performed repairs on my HVAC unit in the past and now as the system has past its useful age, they’ve replaced the entire unit. So I have had several positive experiences with them.

They do the three things I wish every contractor would do. 1. They give an accurate and fair quote, 2. They do the work for the amount quoted, and 3. They do it when they said they would and complete it on time.

Usually with contractors I feel like they are going to take advantage if they can. With Keven and Wendy Hammons you feel like you’re dealing with family. There is zero pressure and they patiently guide you through the process of selecting the best unit for your house.

Finally, a word about the crew that came out. Every member of the crew was competent, professional, and courteous. They clearly cared about doing a good job.

Competent professionals. Exceptionally honest. Great communication and a 100% orientation toward customer satisfaction. They serviced my old HVAC for 20 years, and they just installed my new one. I didn't even consider anyone else. Beautiful looking installation, and they cleaned up spotlessly.

Absolutely great company. I called and they were able to come to my house the same day, maintain my unit, explain everything to me, and give me peace of mind. They charged a reasonable rate, were on time, and totally professional. Will definitely call them for any future HVAC needs.

My HVAC system was not heating properly. I called Comfort Masters AC and they came out same day and fixed the issue same day. The technician, Cody, was great! He was very professional and knowledgeable. The price was very fair - Cody even called my HVAC manufacturer to verify my warranty and get the part I needed at no cost to me.

Our air unit stopped working on Saturday. I placed a call to Comfort Masters LLC , told them what had happened and they were so very professional. They came out to run a diagnostic the very next morning and took care of everything. Air is running better than it ever has! I would highly recommend calling Mr. Rudy at Comfort Masters. I know we'll continue to use them.

Rudy and Josh are the real deal. They answered the phone early in the morning and saved the day by promising they would help me and staying in contact with me till they got there. They fixed the problem quickly and at a reasonable price.

Very easy to call and make a same day appointment. Customer service all around is amazing. They truly only want to help you and will happily explain everything along the way. Cody was professional and went above and beyond just a simple check for us.
