Cody was great. He already knew what the problem was on the initial phone call . He told me everything that was being done & why the leak happened it the first place. Overall friendly & great service ! Only plumber we’ll use .

Highly recommend he came out on a Sunday and fixed our leak almost immediately after calling and charged a very reasonable amount will definitely use again

Excellent service even on a Saturday evening/night. Cheaper than quoted as well. Michael was friendly the entire time and clearly explained what was causing the clog. Would definitely use again.

The best service- timely and efficient! Very reasonably priced! He showed up in the middle of the night to replace a pipe under our house. Then came back the next morning to make sure everything was working properly.

Mr Drain Man is the absolute best! Anytime I call he is there and has it fixed in no time! I work for an assisted living also and he has always ran on over to get us up and running smoothly again! I would definitely give more than 5 stars!!

Did a great job. Communicated extremely well. We have a warranty company, which is Liberty and they are trash, but Mr. Drain was amazingly helpful even when Liberty was not. Hopefully we will never have to use a plumber again, but if we ever do, Mr. Drain is him!

Thank you so much! We had a leak that was doubling our water usage. He came out found it in the afternoon, drove all the way to Huntsville to get the part, and came back that evening to replace it. We had a Emergency and flooded a bathroom and hallway from a broken shut off valve. I called over 8 plumbers, bit he was the only one that either answered or said he would come out. He was fast, reliable and very good on pricing. 11/10 would recommend. Definitely our go to plumber from now one. They work all day every day!

Had a leak at my hot water heater, he came out and fixed it very promptly. Very professional and did an excellent job. Highly recommend them.

Very poor customer service. Called for an emergency he stated he had another job and didn’t know how long it would take which u totally understood, said he would call and let me know. Never called. We sent a text asking if he was coming, he read the message and didn’t even respond. Stayed up til 2am and nothing. And didn’t even call or text in the morning. Left a house with small children without a toilet or water. Luckily I found someone else that morning who showed up in 30 mins.
