House Cleaning reviews in Franklin, Tennessee

Josh was great. very pleased .will be calling back .

Tucker came by and did a really quick and good job. He was super friendly and explained how the cleaner worked as well as a timeframe for how long it would take to work! Overall, good experience.

Logan came and assessed our needs, educated us on the process, and never tried upselling. Honest dude. Made the company look good. Will call again!

Tucker did a fantastic job! Showed on time with great communication and was able to get the stain out of the rug completely. Very satisfied and will be using Safe Dry again!

Joe was our technician today and was courteous, professional and informative of the services being done. He gave us a fantastic price for cleaning the rugs in our bedrooms, hallway, and loft area. We were so pleased with the rug results that we asked him to do our two large sofas in the family room. The results were amazing. What a stand-up guy and a true asset to the company. Wouldn't hesitate to work with Safe-Dry and Joe again. Thank you for a job well done.

Logan came on time, kindly explained what he recommended for my carpets and was very upfront about cost. Once we decided to move forward, Logan cleaned two carpets and gave them new life again. Highly recommend.

Kalob was so professional and down to earth but what was better, was that he provided immaculate service, even offered same day service, helped me move around furniture and knocked the job out the next day at my request. Highly recommended Safe-Dry and A+++ for Kalob and his skills and attention to detail.

Kjay, the cleaning professional, was courteous, knowledgeable and hard working. I feel like he spent extra time to do a thorough job. Ask for him if you use this service.

Logan did a wonderful job! Would definitely recommend.

Great work! Tucker did a fabulous job getting the tough stains out left from our dog and kids. Couldn’t be happier with how they turned out! Can’t wait to schedule them again.

TUCKER IS AMAZING!!!! We have a newborn and I feel so much better about her crawling around in our home since he treated it! I will use him every time and recommend him to any and everyone needing cleaning services!!

We sent a text on a Saturday morning about getting a rug cleaned and Logan was here within 2 hours! He did an excellent job! We could not be more pleased and will use the company and Logan for future cleanings!

Jordan Miles is very knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and courteous!.He did a fantastic job! I highly recommend the service! The carpets look great! No smell either!

I am pleased with the service that was provided to me from Safe Dry carpet cleaning. Jordan Miles ( cleaning tech) was patient, friendly and very helpful. I explained what was needed and he took care of me. Great job Jordan,🙌

Logan was conscientious, honest. He clearly explained the process and the pricing. I had heard a room was 99, and when the quote came for 500 for one room, a large room over a 3 car garage, he offered alternatives that would cut the price. So glad to have a fresh start with my rug.

Tucker came to our house and did an amazing job on our carpets. He walked through our options and advised us appropriately. The service was quick and carpets look great!

Tucker did a great job with our carpets! From the moment I booked the appointment to the technician calling me and explaining why the quote was what it was it, it was all wonderful! Very transparent and easy !

Logan did an exceptional job. Our couch is brand new and he was very kind and respectful. Would recommend him and Safe Dry again 10/10

Logan was phenomenal! Worked very quickly, efficiently and clearly explained all that needed to be done with our carpets. Logan was very personable and knowledgeable. I will definitely request him in the future if we need carpet cleaning again.

Landon kept us informed of his estimated arrival time and arrived as expected.
Once here he went right to work taking measurements and figuring a price. He explained in detail what was required and how it would be done. It didn’t take long for him to have the carpet looking like new.
Would definitely recommend!

Jacob did a great job on our stair carpet! I am honestly shocked at how well it turned out given the years of use and stains. It looks like new and saved us from installing new carpet. Really happy with the level of service and courteousness of Jacob.
